I contacted Carolina Shutter and Blinds based on an ad in a magazine. Ricky returned my call promptly the same day and came out to measure the windows and door for shutters the very next day. He showed me samples of the shutters, explained the difference in the shutter widths, the type of material used to build them and allowed me to select my preferred color from the samples provided. He completed an estimate on sight via his I PAD and gave me a time frame for the completion of the job. Before placing the order, Ricky provided me with a copy of the estimate for my review. The week before installation I received a phone call advising that the shutters would be ready by the delivery date and a time was scheduled for the installation. On the day of delivery, Jason arrived promptly as scheduled and immediately began working on getting all of the shutters into my house to begin the installation. He was able to complete the job in a timely manner approximately 2 hours without any problems. Ricky did a followup visit to be sure I was pleased with the work and the products. I would definitely recommend Carolina Shutter and Blinds to family and friends. They provided excellent service and 1st quality products . Both Ricky and Jason were very friendly and professional in their behavior therefore I will be using them again very soon for the blinds in my other rooms. Overall Rating: EXCELLENT!!!

I contacted the company through their website and got a very quick response from Amanda in the office. I was able to schedule an in-home estimate (complimentary) in just a couple of days. The owner, Ricky Brake, was on time and was very professional. I have existing shutters so he took the time to make sure these would have the same look and size as the others in the house. My installation was scheduled for 3 weeks out. Their shutters are custom made in N.C.! Ricky and his installer showed up at exactly the time we had scheduled. He removed a window treatment and hung the shutters in less than an hour. Sometimes it is hard to find people that love what they do but Ricky and his crew were the best!!
