We received excellent service. The company was prompt in returning my initial call, gave me an accurate quote and were on time with their delivery and pickup of their dumpster. We were even given a discounted price, without which the church would not have afforded to rent the dumpster at all.

Great, reasonable price for the service. Jerry was very responsive to email.

I was extremely satisfied with the excellent communication and service. I heard from Jerry promptly and let him know that access to my driveway was difficult. He let me know that he could use a truck that was a little smaller than most for this type of work, and that it shouldn't be a problem (but if it was, there wouldn't be any charge to me). He arranged delivery within a matter of hours and the dumpster was there just as promised. The driver was very courteous and placed the unit exactly where I wanted- he had no trouble getting down the driveway and making the turnaround. When I was ready for it to be picked up, they came the same day. I'd give this company very high marks for service, execution, and communication. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my friends (have already made one referral).

This was a great experience in every way. I found this company on Angie's List and they lived up to their good reputation. Jerry answered the telephone promptly and gave me an exact quote for what I needed. He delivered the dumpster promptly and I did not have to leave work to meet him at the job site. He allowed me to leave a check for payment when he picked up the dumpster. I would definitely use this company again and I recommend them highly.

I have been renovating my home and needed a large dumpster for the refuse. I called Arrow and arranged for them to deliver a dumpster the next morning. At the end of the week they came back and removed it. They placed the dumpster where I wanted/needed it.

This was a completely smooth transaction. Jerry was great to deal with. Returned calls quickly and they did exactly as asked. Brought the dumpster, placed it exactly where I needed it and picked it up on the day I requested. Overall an excellent experience. Will definitely use again as the need arises.

When I telephoned Arrow the gentleman was very nice, he was able to get me the dumpster within 48 hours of my initial call. The price included one week's rental. What I found out after one week was that you have to call them to get them to come and pick up the dumpster (it costs 4.00 per day after the first week). That was the only part that I thought could have been made clear, but I would definitely use this company again.

We called on a Wed and he had it delivered on Friday.

EXCELLENT! This company is fabulous. We called the day before we needed the dumpster and had to leave a message which was returned promptly. Arrow delivered the dumpster to our home the very next day. All the other companies I called were overpriced and picky about when they could deliver. Once we complete the job of filling up the dumpster I called to let Arrow know and it was picked up within 2 hours. We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of this company.

This is the second time we have used Arrow Disposal. Each time I called to request a dumpster they were delivered the next day, on time and with no issues as to where it was left on my property. They have always been polite and courteous and always leaves a note behind reminding me of when it is scheduled to be picked up. I will always use them and recommend them if I need a dumpster for cleanup.

Excellent, prompt customer service. I needed three loads on a 20 cu. yd. container (more than I originally estimated) and Mr. Frakes was responsive and flexible with reasonable rates. Would definitely call him again.

THE DRIVER WAS VERY CAREFUL IN PLACING THE DUMPSTER WHERE WE WANTED IT. OVERALL EVERYTHING WORKED OUT VERY WELL. IF WE NEED THIS SERVICE AGAIN WE WILL CALL ARROW.
