ARROW DISPOSAL

Responsive from my first call to inquire about availability and pricing of a dumpster rental. I had my dumpster in a couple days, when I needed it. Service was at a very high level- from my phone discussions to the delivery and pickup by Jim, a very considerate individual who was careful about the placement. An excellent experience and I would definitely use these people again and recommend them highly. I have a difficult driveway to navigate with a large truck, and was pleased that I could get a 20 yard dumpster that was configured to be shorter and taller than many offered by others-- so that a smaller truck can be utilized in delivery/pickup.

Arrow provided excellent service to us. We had (2) homes that needed new roofs. They supplied the dumsters for both homes in a very timely manner and at an excellent price. We would highly recommend them to our friends, family and others. They did all that was expected of them, plus swept up the small amount of debris in the driveway after loading the dumpsters on their truck. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

Dumpster was delivered as scheduled and placed without incident exactly where I asked. Pricing was quoted based on size of dumpster, materials to be disposed of, and length of rental (a few days). Dumpster was removed on the day I called. Jerry was very easy to work with and the whole experience was convenient and easy. I would feel completely comfortable referring Arrow Dispoal to friends and I would certainly use them again!

They were easy to work with. He came promptly and dropped the dumpster off for us. I called them a couple days before it was due to be removed and they picked it up right on time as well.

Jerry provides dumpsters for all of my home renovation projects. He gets them to the jobsite on time, as promised, charges what he says he will charge and doesn't bug me to pick it up. He is responsive by both e-mail and phone and sends me my invoices electronically. His prices are the best for small to medium sized dumpsters. Don't look elsewhere, use Jerry. Wonderful experience! I called on Monday to schedule service for Friday. It was getting a little later in the morning on Friday and the dumpster had not arrived. I contacted the company and Jerry answered (I did not do the original scheduling with him). Jerry said he did not see my address on the schedule, but said he would get a dumpster to me ASAP. Dumpster arrived within 30 minutes. Eric (driver) was extremely polite and professional! Exceptional customer service! Will definitely use again!!!!

Jerry was very helpful in helping me determine what the right size dumpster was for our project. The dumpster was delivered and picked up exactly when they said it would be. I would recommend this company and use this company again.

Jerry is a pleasure to work with. I have used 3 of Jerry's dumpsters in 6 weeks during our remodeling. Each time Jerry has been very accomodating to my needs letting me keep the last dumpster for a longer period as I was waiting for my windows to arrive. I would reccomend Arrow to anryone in need of a dumster.

Jerry was great to work with, especially since I had no idea what size dumpster I needed. He was able to schedule delivery first thing the next morning. At the time of delivery, there was a car parked in the way, and Jerry agreed to have the driver come back later and move it closer to the house to allow the roofers to throw the debris straight into the dumpster. When I called to have him pick up the unit, he was able to pick it up that same day. The process was very simple for me; a phone call for delivery and phone call for pick up with no hassles in between.

Excellent service from start to finish. Dumpster arrived on the day we had agreed (but slightly outside the time window due to circumstances beyond Jerry's control - no problem with that). The delivery guy placed the dumpster exactly where we needed it so we could get our cars in and out. We were not pressured at all to get finished with the dumpster by a certain deadline - which was great because I am remodeling my Master Bathroom single-handedly and only getting weekends to work on it. We were extremely satisfied with the service and the cost - it was all so convenient. No point searching for another dumpster company next time we need one because we will definitely be using Jerry again. Thanks guys.

Jerry does what he says he will. This is the second time I have used Arrow. Both times the dumpster was deivered on the day I wanted and at the time I needed it. I kept the dumpsters for longer than I first said I would and was not charged extra fees.

Jerry the owner was great to work and the driver Kenny. They were there when they said and showed up on time for the delivery and the picking up of the dumpster. Will use this company again!

Excellent. Jerry was very professional and responsive. He tried to work with me on price since I was over budget on the project, which I appreciated. I ordered the mid-sized dumpster but found out that I needed the biggest one, which was only $30 more. My fault. Call Jerry directly and he'll get you the dumpster as promised and pick it up when he says he will.

I called Arrow on a Wednesday morning, and they were able to deliver a dumpster that afternoon so that I could begin using it the next day. And after I finished my project and filled the dumpster, I called Arrow on Monday morning to let them know the dumpster was ready for pick-up. Arrow arrived later that morning and carried the dumpster away. I found Arrow to be highly responsive, timely, and genuinely interested in my having a good customer experience. Jerry Frakes is pesonally involved in the daily business, and he and his team are courteous and professional.

Perfect! We had never used a dumpster service before but knew we had more trash and construction waste than we could put at the curb. I chose this company solely on the Angie's list referrals and was completely delighted! I made several phone calls before delivery regarding placement of the dumpster. That went perfectly. I called with questions about the use and pick up. Jerry was helpful, patient and more than met our expectations for service! All communication was by phone, but from other references I was comfortable that I didn't need to be present for the deliver or removal. I am pleased to say that was exactly right. He is professional, courteous, and caring. I could not recommend his company more highly.

Jerry was incredibly responsive, flexible and even followed exact instructions as to where to place the dumpster even though no one was home to direct him when it arrived. I would highly recommend this company, and Jerry, for a no hassle, convenient, no worry dumpster rental.

Jerry delivered a dumpster the next day as promised. I compared prices and they had much better prices than the National companies. This company goes out of their way to satisfy the customer. They want to stay high on Angie's list and they show it.

I expected the lead time to have a dumpster delivered to be a couple of days. I spoke to Jerry in the morning and the dumpster was delivered that afternoon. It went very well. I have used the company before. The dumpster was delivered on the date I requested. When I had finished with it, they were able to pick it up that day.

Jerry, the owner, gave me a flat rate for the dumpster that included everything. He was less expensive than other dumpster services. I asked if he could delivery the same day and he did. I called him that morning and by 1:00 the dumpster was at my house. The driver said they did not have a 10 yard dumpster available so they brought me a larger 15 yard dumpster and only charged me for the smaller 10 yard. They told when I was finished give them a call. I called a week later and they picked up same day. Jerry made this process simple and painless. He does what he says and sticks to his word. It was very refreshing to deal with this company. This is how business should be done.
