We began a remodeling project and realized we were going to need a dumpster. I researched Angies list and found Arrow Disposal I called and scheduled a next day drop off. They were very helpful in recommending the right size for our project. The drop off was timely and very professionally handled. A few days later I called with questions and received more than helpful answers. The pick up was scheduled and there was a timely pick up. Just a few days later I received a follow up call asking how things went! This company has customer service down!

I called Jerry Frakes May 19th to request dumpster at my residence in Concord. My cleanup and clutter removal was on a tight time schedule, but Jerry was able to send a dumpster right away, within a couple of hours. The driver, Patrick, was very experienced and put the dumpster just where it was needed, at the bottom of a narrow driveway, without incident and absolutely no damage even to vegetation beside the driveway. When it was filled, I discovered I needed another dumpster to complete the job, and that was on Friday. But no problem; Jerry arranged to send over an empty dumpster and picked up full one in one trip.The driver this time was Rick, and he was likewise an excellent driver. Arrow Disposal also picked up the dumpster promptly on schedule the second time with no problem. I was impressed by the overall prompt and courteous professionalism shown throughout by all the guys from Arrow I came in contact with from start to finish. I will call on Arrow Disposal again and give them the highest possible recommendation. I know you can count on them for good, fast, and reasonably-priced service.

I found them on Angie's List, and they were good. The crew that came out was good, it involved one man on a truck. I would recommend them.

The service provided was excellent. Delivered on time and the dumpster was placed exactly where I wanted it located. In addition, was given a little extra time to complete my project. The weather was nasty, which slightly delayed the start of my project. Great people to work with!!!

Jerry was extremely friendly. He's got some amazing drivers! Our street is pretty narrow and there were cars parked on the other side of the street opposite my driveway, but his guy got the bin into my driveway exactly where it needed to be. We filled up one bin in a couple hours and I called to get another one sent out and it was delivered right on time. The second driver swapped out the bins lickety split and I was able to get back to work right away. Excellent service and very friendly; would definitely use again and recommend to anyone!

Excellent experience. Dumpster was delivered and picked up in a very timely manner. Everyone I dealt with at the company was very polite and responsive. I would definitely use them again.

It went extremely well. I asked for a dumpster on late Friday afternoon. Arrow brought the dumpster the following Saturday morning. They said I could keep it for two weeks. AfterI told them I needed more than two weeks, they told me that was fine and just to let them know when I was ready to have the dumpster removed. I had the dumpster for 2 extra weeks and they applied no additional charge. I called on a Tuesday morning to have the dumpster removed and they hauled it away a couple hours afterward. Overall, responsive, well-priced, and flexible!

Extremely impressed, dumpster was even delivered the same day I called. Used them 2 more times to complete the job.

I had a major renovation on my 1938 colonial which included a 2,000 sf addition and a ton of demo work. If all my contrators were as responsive as Arrow I would be done by now. 11+ dumpsters later I am still using them because the service. I never had to wait more than 24 hours for a pickup and change out.

I called Jerry about one week before my step sons were coming to help clear out 15 year accumulation of junk. Then I called the day before to make sure we were on target. One concern I had was our driveway as I had heard the metal dumpsters can do damage. Jerry offered to purchase and install plywood boards to place underneath the dumpster. This was definitely a smart idea. I had called another dumpster outfit previously and they do said this could be done ( but did not offer to do it for me!!!). It all went like clock work and I am very grateful for that. This morning they came to pick up the dumpster. They even cleaned up the leaves that had accumulated under the dumpster. Great service. I highly recommend Arrow Disposal!!!.

At first, teh provider was a bit vague on scheduling for me, letting me know he would get back to me in several days closer to the time I wanted the dumpster. i would have preferred a specific schedule. However, they did call as promised and the drop off and pick up went smoothly.

I contacted Jerry and he was very professional and polite and had a dumpster delivered to our location the next day. He let me know when they were an hour away from the delivery time as well as 30 minutes before the dumpster was picked up. We also received a very nice Thank You postcard from Jerry even before we were done with the dumpster.

Our contractor suggested Arrow Disposal when he was working on a remodeling project for us. They delivered the dumpster the same day and left it for as long as we needed it. I paid them on delivery so that they could pick up the dumpster without my being at home, which is convenient. The driver was very considerate of our property when he was delivering the dumpster, and left it exactly where I asked him to. They are flexible about what types of items went into the dumpster, and allowed us to keep it as long as we needed it. We've had a series of dumpsters from Arrow Disposal over the last two years. We bought a farm that had a lot of barbed wire, old tires, cans and bottles, dead appliances and other junk left on it. It takes time to get all that rounded up and put in the dumpster, and we appreciated that we didn't have to rush. We'll call Arrow again the next time we need a dumpster for a big disposal job. They're a very nice company to deal with, and much better than taking our trash to the local landfill in the pickup truck.

I started using Arrow when I needed a dumpster last minute because I had a demo crew reschedule for a Monday and I had to source a dumpster fast. Not only did the owner call me back on a weekend, he made a special trip to help me out. I am three dumpsters in and everything is going great. Dumpster is onsite when they say it will be there and it is gone when I ask for it to get picked up and a new one brought in. I also am not getting nickle and dimmed with hidden fees such as rental charges, over weigh charges etc.

This is the second time that I have used Arrow... they are excellent! I called to have the dumpster delivered...they did it the MINUTE they estimated that they would be there and picked it up SAME DAY! Jerry is very nice and I would recommend them!

They had SAME DAY service (I called to have it picked up and there they were!). They were also very flexible with the length of time that I had the dumpster. Jerry is very polite and represents his company very well... I am using them again for the second dumpster for this job and in the future!

Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and professional. We ended up needing 2 dumpsters and they were on the ball getting the second one delivered. We did go over the 5 ton weight limit on the second dumpster and had to pay an overage fee, but we felt it was fair and had no problem with that.

I contacted a couple of other dumpster services in Angies list and they failed to respond. When I called arrow - they picked up the phone, were extremely courteous and agreed to get a dumpster delivered the same day! The dumpster arrived on time, and I proceeded to fill it up while I prepared my house to be sold. I then called them back and they came out as planned. I missed the pick-up because I was in a car accident and they waited, then picked it up without me being there. They were responsive, customer focused and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Arrow was able to deliver the day after we first contacted them, offered a great price, and was very flexible on the length of time we could keep the dumpster. This was extremely helpful given the hot summer and frequent thunderstorms.
