 + -1 moreThe appointment went very well. He was very nice and got to work right away. He did a great job finding the problems in 3 of our four locks and explaining everything to me. He had already given me an idea of the charges over the phone so there were no surprises. His labor/parts/trip prices are fair and competitive. We like to support local businesses whenever possible. He was done in less than 2 hours and we had all new keys and working doors and locks. I am glad to recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Mr. Torrence replaced all the door locks in our house.

They created a key that was lost for a piece of machinery that is vital to my company's existence. A situation that had potential to set us back for weeks, was solved in hours thanks to Access and their very friendly, competent staff.
Description of Work: I lost a key for a piece of machinery that is vital to my company's existence. I called Access and within hours they arrived at my place of business and made a new key on the spot! Ordering a key would have taken me a week and I would have been in big trouble!
