Since moving to North Carolina, this young man has proven to me that there are still companies that care about the customer, not too many left mind you, but I would recommend this company to anyone & everyone that would listen to me singing the praises of this company!! I have dealt with quite a few other companies since moving here, especially one in particular that is quite well known around these parts & I would never recommend them to anyone. I have a saying for this company, "Carolina Pro is the way to go"! By the way, Ryan did a fabulous job cleaning my gutters & it is no easy task. Carolina Pro did an excellent job on power washing our cottage. Ryan does windows also and was willing to meet the price I normally pay another company ( even though it was lower than his normal charge) and he did a meticulous job. Ryan contacted me in a timely manner after I expressed interest on Home Advisor. He was prompt in getting me an estimate. He stayed in touch while I was getting other estimates, but he was not pushy, nor did he try to talk me into doing more power washing than I wanted done. I felt like he was honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Carolina Pro.
