I found the representative to be very professional and knowledgeable about the needs for a termite treatment. Richard even answered questions of concern to me, as far as chemicals used to get rid of termites. I was given a fair market price for the job required.

I found out I could have bought the same rodent bait and saved $61. He looked around with a flash light, placed a few bait traps and left. I could have done the same thing.
