PENDER PINES GARDEN CTR

Within the one year warranty we had several dead shrubs and a dead pink dogwood. We called in July of 2018 and left a message for Tony Penny the landscape manager about the dead items. Had no response from him. We saw him a few days later at Pender Pines Garden Center and asked him if he had gotten our message. His response was, “yes.” We continued to call and speak with him about when we would receive our replacement. His response to us was to be patient and I’m working on it. Eight months later we personally spoke with the owner and told us he would not replace any of the items. Tony Penny the landscape manager happened to be there. I walked over to him and his response was again, be patient. I’m working on it. I think waiting eight months is being patient My wife was called a liar and was hung up on by Jonathan Schwarz the owner.

We were told by the project manager Tony Penny that all landscape was under a one year warranty. In a June of 2018 my wife called Pender Pines to let them know we had lost a white dogwood and about 16 azaleas. We also told the landscape manager as well. Tony kept putting us off and finally came out 7 months later. He promised the dead tree and shrubs would be replaced. I went into Pender Pines today and was told they would not replace the dead landscape. Jon the owner of Pender Pines basically told my wife she was a liar and extremely rude to her.

They are a tremendous business. Always helpful. He sold me some granules that were safe for pets. They are an outstanding business. His name is Gary and he owns a nursery out here. He is an excellent business. Always helpful. I am not a lover of everyone but this guy, the owner is Gary. He is an excellent business man. He cares for his customers. He helps me. I have to wait my turn to talk to him. He is an extraordinary businessman who cares for his customers in this community.

Excellent they went way above my expectations, the installation was quick and clean as the landscapers were also very friendly. When we had an issue Mr.Tony came out diagnosed the problem and even gave us tips on other things that needed to be done.

In addition to the work above, we have had Pender Pines plant multiple trees over the last couple of years. They warranty all of their plants for one year, which came in handy when one of our trees was destroyed by bores. They are very professional and efficient in their planting and clean-up. Also, their selection of annuals and perennials is very comprehensive! Pender Pine will continue to be our primary source for plants.

Purchased several plants from Pender Pines. It took a little while before someone offered assistance, but the man that did was very nice and knowledgable.
