Description of Work: Installed water conditioner and in-line home filtration, and under-sink RO water purifier.

Description of Work: I wanted a water softener and whole-house filter installed, but was on a fairly tight budget. I know there are homes that spend 2-3 times what I spent in order to have the "best" system possible. Kinetico offers those systems too, but they were able to suggest options that would do the job for a home my size and provided me a competitive quote. The softener and filter hardware is not top of the line, but still warrantied for 5-10 years and with the company being local I felt comfortable going with them. The install was performed on the day scheduled, the cost was identical to the quoted amount, and we're very happy with the result. The water looks and tastes clean right out of the tap and we won't have issues with scale/deposits ruining our appliances and plumbing. Perfect.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my existing water softener. I liked the dual tank Kinetico product. The person from Kinetico tested my water. The test indicated the existing softener was working but not very well. Since I had had problems with it in the recent past, I decided to replace it. The Kinetico person was informative, took time to explain how their system worked and how it was different from some others. No hard sell or up sell. Since they had serviced my existing water softener, I had some experience with their servicing capability. On the scheduled day of the installation, they arrived on time, removed my existing water softener, and installed the new one. It went quickly and the installer explained what I needed to know about the device. I asked a lot of questions and some more than once. He did a good job with the explanations. I felt the experience was a good one and I would use them again. The only issue I have is that the Kinetico price is higher than anyone else. However, I am completely satisfied with the job and the product.

Description of Work: installed our own system into our new home

Description of Work: Our water softener began leaking and we called two service companies. One that we had used for the past six years never responded, but Kinetico Advanced Water systems responded immediately and sent a repairman. He stopped the leak, removed and resealed all of the pipes, and completed a general preventative maintenance of the parts including cleaning out the salt tank. When finished he recommended some replacement parts in addition to installation of a water shut off valve in the house as we could only shut off water at the street. We would pay only for the parts as the initial cost of coming to the house was the labor cost that would cover any work for 30 days. We had all of the repairs completed as suggested the next day.
