Easom Painting

I purchased a new house that required some rework as most new houses do. Jon has worked for our builder in another part of NC but was asked to move to the east coast where a superior warranty painter was needed. He fixed wall repaired areas, trim and doors. His work far exceeded my expectations. I naturally expected him to paint well but beyond that he paid attention to every detail of his work, worked quickly and came back a day later after he finished to make sure his work was perfect. He shows up on time and is easy to reach. He can work with you from phone, email or text. I was so excited about his work that I recommended him to someone I knew needed their house interior painted. She hired him and told me he finished on time and on budget. In fact he charged her less than she thought and recommended him to someone else who was also pleased with his work. Hire him with confidence! Excellent trade people are hard to find and Jon Easom is one.

Jon was extremely easy to work with from the start. Communicating through both email and phone he would get back to me as soon as that same hour. I needed my whole downstairs and upstairs hallway repainted and through sending my dementions of my home he was able to give me a ballpark estimate. He answered all my questions about the type of paint he would use and the sheen he recommended based on our lifestyle (children and pets) he and his assistant were on time and got to work right away. They were very personal and professional and I felt comfortable asking them questions as they worked. Jon went above and beyond to make sure little things looked perfect. even when I didn't ask him to fix a spot on the wall he did it for me anyway. A true perfectionist. The price was very fair, and it included paint price which was convenient. I will be using Easom painting again for all our interior painting needs.

Jon did a fantastic job on our interior paint! He was very detailed oriented, making sure every square inch was perfect! Trim work was touched up and everything was very smooth. Had to paint two story area/stairway and everything was perfect. Not only did he do a great job, he worked quickly and it was completed in our agreed upon time frame. He was very easy to work with and you could tell he cared about the job. Highly recommend!!

I am a Warranty Manager for new construction. John has been my number 1 go to painter for the last four years. I have been onsite with him for over 100 different jobs and the companies I have been associated with him have used him for 1000's of jobs. I have used nearly 25 different paint companies in my career and John is at the top. He has preformed re-paints, small patch jobs, jobs fixing other contractors poor quality, basic drywall settlement and much more work for me. When I switched companies , I made sure that he still was able to work for me. First off he is reliable. Everytime I have ever scheduled him, he was on time and communicated with me. His quality has always been great no matter how big or small the job was. I have never had a call back on his work. John has always been very fair with his prices and is much faster with keeping his great quality then other painters I have used.

I called Easom Painting from out of town and asked if he could give me a price on house painting a few rooms or potentially the entire house. He met me on Friday evening and gave me a better estimate after determining what was and was not needed in each room after tenants had vacated. He called me later that evening after checking his own stock for matching paint and let me know he would come Saturday to test it out. The paint he had was an exact match to the discontinued paint used by our builder and the blending of touch ups was perfectly done. Wall repair was also done. There was marker on several walls from tenants and he warned me that it may bleed through and I should call him to come back. It did come through in the worst spot on one wall and he came back the very next day, retreated with primer, and another coat of paint. It's perfect now with no sign of original damage. I agreed to a set price plus paint and when the job proved to require less time than expected he reduced his price without my asking. Easom Painting was more than fair in my opinion especially because he was doing this job for me on short notice and also on a weekend!
