John was great to work with. Honest and upstanding. We wanted a specific quartz and he went out of his way to get it. Connected me with the tile person to pick out the backsplash and it all came together beautifully! He did what he said he would and when there was a little blimp, he worked through the situation and all was good. I would highly recommend him. We will be using him again in the future!

Kind, courteous, professional; all parties involved were great to work with. They respect your home by taking precautions prior to their work and clean up afterwards, trash taken away and disposed of. If you have a concern about something they make it right. Beautiful work! The entire staff were professional, timely, and most important experienced craftsman. I actually enjoyed the renovation journey. A schedule was presented providing start and finish date to be expected. Everything ran as close to schedule as possible. Already thinking of my next project. John was great to work with. His crew renovated three bathrooms for us at our beach house and we love the finished product! We live several states away from the home that John was working on, so it was a more challenging project in terms of communication and coordination of the work. John is great to work with and most importantly does what he say he will do and in the allotted time. He started our renovation before his contract start date and was finished two week before he was to originally begin. The people that work for John are easy to work with and do a great job! John Long was very easy to work with. His crews showed up daily as scheduled with no delays! They prepped the area in and around the project to ensure to the construction area was kept tidy. John was great about addressing issues as they arose and always strived to keep us satisfied.

John Long and his team were excellent at "attention to detail" in the remodel of our 1983 kitchen. The team installed appliances, built cabinets, updated countertops as well as, replacing a very dated tile floor with a new hardwood floor. John Long always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had during the project. The Cape Fear Kitchen and Bath team were excellent to work with and very courteous and always on time. The remodeling went very well. Everyone of the workers was knowledgeable and professional and very kind. It was nice working directly with John Long, the owner, who always responded quickly to any concerns we had. We would highly recommend this company, our new shower is beautiful!

It was a great experience working with Cape Fear Kitchen and Bath. The owner Mr. John Long and company went beyond the call of duty to complete two bathrooms and othe work within in 30 days. His brother Mr. Jess Long provided planks floors for the bathrooms, kitchen and through out the home. I highly recommend both companies, there do excellent work. I am very happy.

John and his crew made my bathroom dream come true. My builder would not let me change the floor plan, so as soon as we closed, John's crew came in and installed a beautiful tub and floor mounted faucet, and changed the floor plan to a much better functional plan. They tore out a linen closet, created a new door to my closet, closed up the original opening, and refinished the flooring, walls, moldings and ceilings. Even when the first tub came in (that I ordered), had a pin hole in it, they were patient enough for me to order a different one, and never skipped a beat. the day it was delivered, they carried it upstairs and got to work. Awesome work guys, Thank you so much!!
