Great. They came right away, found the problem and fixed it.

Good. Only issue was I asked for a smaller block to put the new compressor on, they said they would provide a smaller one, but the didn't. I wanted a smaller black because the new compressor had a smaller footprint than the old one. Just wanted some better aesthetics.

Once again All Comfort Heating & Air has come to our rescue I cannot say enough about their great customer service , expertise and fair and reasonable rates they have earned our family as customers for LIFE, came out for a same day call replaced the parts for our air conditioner and made a few minor but really needed wiring repairs,wrapped all exposed coils in insulation and checked the coolant levels , all at a super fair price and got us up and running in no time. You can bet for our next repair or when it is time to replace our heating and cooling unit you can bet they will be the first company we call.

Amanda in the office was fabulous to work with. Alan the technician was excellent, prompt and they both were great about explaining what needed to be done and what work was completed. I was so grateful on the those freezing cold nights to have a system to keep me warm!

They are great. We had a problem with one of our units, it was not cooling things properly. They checked everything out and found that there was nothing really wrong with the unit. The air-conditioning is not on as needed because we’re gone quite a bit so that was the problem.

I had an absolutely terrible experience. I felt like I was lied too. I needed a new air-conditioner, he said to put the Freon in it to last me about a month or so, so he did that, it lasted about a month then I got another guy out here to look at it and he said, no, the Freon wasn’t filled up, so he filled it up and I am still running six months later.

The day they showed up to complete the work it around 9am. They were efficient in getting the old unit out and they were very carefully to not damage my lawn in the process. The unit was installed and completed over a 7 hour window. The unit was tested and they showed me how to use the new thermostat and explained to me that there would be a follow up a few weeks later with some information about my rebate...etc It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a local quality service company. The attentiveness alone is aces in my book but the quality of the work was excellent as well.

I had another company come originally to repair my heat pump. They quoted me for the repair, but then convinced me that I needed a whole new system because mine was "very weak" and on it's last legs. After getting some quotes for a full replacement (ranging from $6,500- $7,200), a few friends started questioning the need for replacement of an 8 year old system. Frustrated, I looked on Angie's List (which I should have done first) for another company to come look at it. All Comfort had a great rating so I called. The woman who scheduled the appointment was very friendly and a technician was here within 3 hours. He could find no indication that my system was bad. I was happy to learn that the unit was in great shape and just needed a part replaced and some coolant. The technician was very professional and took the time to explain everything. For $320, it was up and running again. It was a wonderful experience to have someone treat me with respect and not try to sell me something I didn't need. This is the only company I will use from now on.

All Comfort Heating and Cooling is a family owned company. The beauty of working with a family owned company is that not only do you get expert sevice, but they will work with you on costs (Unlike bigger companies like Sears or Lowe's). Mine was a dire situation. I had just paid over $700 to get my car fixed, Vandals broke a window in my house which cost another $150 and now I'm faced with an air conditioner breakdown and an $85 diagnostic fee just to tell me what was wrong. I explained my predicament to Amanda who is part owner of All Comfort Heating and Cooling. I told her that the problem was the capacitor. (I had been told this by Duke Energy). She said she could waive the $85 fee if the capacitor was actually the problem, but if it wasn't the problem I would have to pay the diagnostic fee, plus labor and parts. Sure enough it was the capacitor. What happened next brings tears of joy to my eyes. First, Amanda sent a technician over to fix the capacitor while I was out. When I returned she told me to go out and turn the A/C breaker on. Immediately the air came on. I called her back and thanked her and when I asked what was the cost, she said I had been through enough this summer so she wasn't going to charge me anything at all. It was like Christmas in July. I just couldn't stop thanking her. Folks these are honest hard working young people trying to make a living. If you have a Heating or Air Conditioning problem call them. You will not be disappointed.

The experience has been generally good. The quality of work was good. I would recommend them.

We've had Allen (owner/tech) as our a/c service person for several years. Either he or his techs are always on time, friendly, & professional. They won't sell you something you won't need.

Very prompt and performed the install in timely manner. It was pouring down rain but he still got the job done.

I called on Tuesday pm. The service men were there next morning at appx 9:30am. They offered to replace thermostat at a reasonable price but said unit was fine and new thermostat was not really necessary. Wow! They were GREAT! Allen and Mark.

We tried contacting a few providers, and none were available quickly or at affordable prices. When Allen learned we had four young children, he quickly moved to replace our pump, and at a very reasonable price. There have been a few hiccups along the way (some of which had to do with the existing wiring in our house), and again, Allen has always been incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely work with All Comfort again.

When we called very early in the morning to get service they were able to come out relatively early in the morning so that we wouldn't have to be in the cold for too long. They showed me the piece they were talking about and replaced it with a new one. Within minutes everything was running smoothly without a problem. They were very professional. When they came to the door, they put on shoe covers and immediately went to work fixing the problem. I would definitely use them again.

Everything went well. The technicians were courteous and professional, and they actually wore booties inside the house. Furthermore, they did very good work for a reasonable price.

We've been using them for years, and they have always been timely, honest, and friendly. Furthermore, they do good work for reasonable prices, and we've recommended them to several of our neighbors.

I would never use them again. They made several mistakes with regards to the inspection of the work, and they tried to charge me again when the county inspector made them return to correct some issues.
