All About The View LLC

Brian did our porch covering. He was initially responsive, answered our questions and seemed professional. That night after he installed the porch cover we turned on the porch light and noticed a golf ball sized dent on the main frame of the porch. We contacted him immediately to let him know the piece he put up had a big dent in it. After contacting him a few times he told us he would order a replacement so we can only assume he knew the dent was there when he installed it. We contacted him again to follow up and never heard back. (This was in March and it is now June) The cover also was not sealed or installed correctly as every time in rains , water leaks on to the porch. So I do not recommend him or his company. He was the lowest bidder, unfortunately you get what you pay for.

The space between tiles is not the same, and two tiles had gaps underneath so when you would step on them they would click. The next day when he came to received our check, we told him about it and he fixed it. As soon as he left, we noticed one tile was very unbalanced, almost to the point I would trip on it. Also, now a few other tiles seems to have air pockets underneath (you can tell when you walk over them). Despite my email to All About The View LLC (from their website) and kindly asked them to come by and fix the hump, they never replied and showed up. Our contractor told us that he asked him to stop by and fix the issue also, but that did not make any difference. If you ever hire All About The View LLC, make sure you pay close attention to his work and do not pay him until you are absolutely sure he has met your expectation. Once he leaves, he might be gone for good. In hindsight, we should have never hired All About The View LLC but we did because we trusted our contractor, who suggested him, which is quite disappointing but that is another topic.

They did an excellent job in each and every area. The closet looks amazing and we could not be happier. The best part of hiring this company is that they are trustworthy. I would feel comfortable paying them the entire amount of the job with not a second thought that they would return and complete it. This is very, very hard to find in our area or any area for that matter. There is integrity here that is priceless. We would definitely hire this company to do any project for us.

Brian responded quickly to our request for an estimate on our project. We received 3 estimates and his was $2000 less than the next best estimate using the exact same materials. The project was completed within two days after the materials were received (everything was custom order). In every case where we had a question, Brian was available to answer and keep us informed about the progress of our materials order. There was one small glitch with one of the windows missing some rollers and Brian contacted the manufacturer and had the rollers sent by mail so that repairs could be made. We would highly recommend All About The View to anyone who is thinking about this kind of project in our area. We are really enjoying our sun room especially in cool weather.

After calling multiple other companies for estimates I came across All About the View when a neighbor referred them. After talking to some of the larger companies and feeling more like I was just listening to a rehearsed sales pitch, I was pleasantly surprised when I met Brian Patchel, the owner of the company. He is extremely knowledgeable on pretty much everything, and he assured me he himself would be there on the job, so there would never be any miscommunication. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted and he never rushed me or tried to sell me things I couldn't afford, he actually gave me ideas that I never even thought of, that I could afford! He built me a beautiful sunroom, where I only had a patio. After seeing his workmanship and having my many questions answered, I decided to have some other work inside my home done. He did an amazing job on my hardwood floors! I couldn't be any happier with his work. Brian and his company were very professional, they have an eye for detail, and not only are they reasonably priced, but they get the job done in a timely and neat manner. I have already referred All About the View to my friends and family, and I will definitely use them again for all my future projects.

Let me just begin by saying that Brian Patchel is nothing short of a miracle worker! After getting a few estimates on the work I wanted done, I heard about Brian thru word of mouth. He not only did the estimate, I was pleasantly surprised to find he was the owner of the company and I would not be dealing with a salesman and a crew of unknown subcontractors. He worked really hard to keep my vision of what I wanted within my budget! He has done multiple jobs on my house throughout the year and I keep calling him back with new projects. It started with my beautiful sunroom a few months ago, and after seeing the quality of his work, he has since built my shed, fenced my yard and now we are estimating some interior remodels. He and his crew are professional and clean up after themselves. Mr Patchel is honest, reliable, professional and present on his jobs. He always returns his phone calls and never tried to talk me out of what I wanted, and actually did research to keep things within my budget, not many contractors take the time to do that! He is a rare gem that takes pride in his work and is very good at what he does. I would recommend anyone looking for any kind of remodel work to call All About the View!
