+ -1 moreGlenn was excellent. My husband and I were relocating from out of town so we had to arrange his visit and trust that he would treat us fair and do a thorough job. Our inspection was done to our expectations and we would hire him again if we ever had to do another home inspection.

+ -1 moreVery professional and super easy to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and got a detailed report to us exactly when he said he would. The only reason for the B rating on quality was the fact that there a few small things throughout the home that were missed, that were not in intrusive areas. They were definitely issues during the time of inspection, because I found them myself within a few days of the report. But like I said, they were few, and overall a great and helpful report. Cost was fair in my opinion as well.
