Responded quickly to my call, good estimate, finished the job in good time and cleaned up after the work was complete. Very professional.

Steven Drywall did a great job replacing our roof! Steven understood that we had a leak and we expected rain before they could begin the work so he came over and put a tarp over the leaking area. To us that was above and beyond. All his employees are courteous and professional and we will use them again for future repairs.

Great job...fast, efficient and affordable. Steven's team turned a 2 day repair job to the flashing on my chimney and the section of roof affected by the leak into a 1 day job. As the team left and Hurricane Irma approached I asked if it leaked would they come back to repair the damage and their answer was if it leaks, they would fix it for free because they said it has a lifetime guarantee.

Steven was thorough when conducting the estimate. I joined him on the roof and he explained exactly what his team would do. As hurricane Irma was due in a few days I asked if he could make the repairs before the storm arrived and he did. The team of Warren and Clinton that came our were very efficient and turned a 2 day project into a 1 day project. With Irma only days away I asked if there was a leak would they repair it? Warren said that the repair has a 'lifetime guarantee' and if it leaks they would come back and fix if for free.

Mr. Lopez and his crew are polite, let us know when they were leaving and Steven listened to our concerns during the job. He made adjustments to what they were working on and came back later to make certain the repairs were done to our satisfaction. Our home was left clean when the job was completed.

Steven replied very promptly to my listing and because we needed the work done in this calendar year, he actually helped do the work himself. The roof repair on two of our outside sheds was very professional and looks great. They cleaned up the area so you can't even tell they were there including running magnets to make sure no nails remained. Had a couple of little tricks to make sure the shingles stick that we have never seen any other roofers use. Overall we are just really pleased with the work and his effort to get the work done on our time frame. Also did a couple of extra jobs for us while they were there at a very reasonable price. Overall just very pleased with them and will definitely refer to friends and use them again.

I didn't shop around so I can't give them 5 stars for pricing, but I thought it was very reasonable. They guys were super nice and they were able to come quickly to perform the repairs. I can't even tell there was ever any damage. One wall was painted and I thought it would look somewhat different but it matches the other walls perfectly. Very friendly. We agreed on what was going to happen during the quote and then again when the workers arrived just to make sure. I would recommend them and I will use them again if I ever need any drywall or roofing repairs.
