I paided over one half the money and the contractor didn't complete the job. And won't return my calls.

Steven Drywall & Home Repairs were the absolute best company we ever had work in our home. Steven and his outstanding team were very professional, great communication, always punctual, always working with smiles on their faces! The workmanship and attention to detail was second to none. They treated our home just like it was their own! I am already looking forward to our next project with them. I most highly recommend this company! They are truly the best of the best! Very well. Steven Drywall was reasonable with the price. The drywall work was done to our satisfaction. And, they cleaned up afterward well.

After Hurricane Florence I contact Steven for an estimate, he come out and told me his cost would be $2,317, but when I requested it in writing, he refused. I requested this several times without a response. I was unable to reach another contractor for another month & a half, when they finally were able to come out thier estimate was BELOW $1000. No wonder that Steven was not willing to provide me with an estimate, his price was OVER INFLATED. I wonder how many other people were affected by his price gouging, especially during a very difficult time...very poor business ethics.. I would NEVER recommend this company.

I have a very unusual styled roof. They were able to complete the replacement without any problems. He did reschedule the initial appointment but was punctual. He was professional while in my home. However, he never sent me the quote or followed up. It has been several weeks. He had all of my contact I formation. I was able to get the work done by someone else. If he did not want the job, a simple reply of no time or interest would have sufficed. No response at all is unprofessional.

We have used Steven and his crew several times, I would not hesitate to use him again. He has done drywall, roofing, painting and carpentry for us. He Is the first person that comes to mind when ever we need any home repairs done. He is actually very responsive and he has become very busy due to his solid reputation. He is very honest, dependable and thorough. He performs true to his estimate even when he has to do some extra work. He is not cheap but you get what you pay for.

They were excellent. We are gonna use them again for another water problem. They charge a fair rice.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND ONLY USE STEVEN DRYWALL AND HOME REPAIR!!!! THEY ARE FANTASTIC!!! My wife and I just moved from downtown Raleigh to Greenville. We have loads of experience in subcontracting out remodeling projects on older homes. Most contractors we have used have been difficult to deal with and the quality of their work and attention to detail in these older homes has been sub-par at best. Since Greenville does not offer many options for this type of work, I took a gamble on Steven and his team mainly because they listed plaster repair as one of the first things they did, but more so, because they were kind of like a one-stop-shop. Steven and his team were very professional and respectful of my family and I and made sure they did everything necessary to make the experience as pleasant as possible. They literally removed every piece of furniture from each room and covered every surface that wasn't being painted in plastic for protection. Never have I had anyone go to this trouble! The quality of work regarding the plaster repair was incredible. I couldn't tell a difference between their repairs and the original intact plaster around the repair. That's extremely difficult to achieve from my experience. They painted and put up new crown moulding for me and left additional paint for touch ups when then left. If ever any doubt about our ideas, they called and even used FaceTime to point out their opinions and illustrate problems. They never assumed which was refreshing as my wife and I are very picky. They cleaned up their messes and left my house in better state that they arrived to it. That in itself is impressive. I was blown away to the house I came home to. I just can't praise them enough. I'll be calling Steven again next spring for a kitchen remodel and to paint the exterior of my house. Hopefully you will too for your next project. You won't be disappointed.

They are very cautious to keep everything clean as they work & make sure it is clean when they are finished. Very impressive & everyone of the workers are super polite.

Steven quickly provided an estimate for the work, worked us in as an emergency because the house was on the market to sell. Originally estimated 7 days to complete the work and finished within 4 days. Left the house as clean as they could, wrapped furniture and fixtures to prevent an excess of dust. Very, very pleased and will use again in future projects.

Steven was always punctual and polite. They removed all the old shingles and did a good job putting on the new ones. They put the lightening rods back in place once they were done with the shingles. Everyone in the family was very satisfied with their work.

After hiring the "wrong" contractor for our project, Steven Drywall & Home Repair was more than a breath of fresh air. Their professionalism and quality of work was outstanding. Being out of state investors from CA, having the ability to have someone so qualified that could take over all aspects of this job that we were not able to do being so far away was nothing but a pleasure. We knew we could depend upon Steven and his team to get the job completed on time and within budget. Their quality of work - Excellent. My father asked me to leave a review since he doesn't like to use the computer. He said the employees were extremely polite & efficient, worked the entire time they were at his home, and cleaned up after the job was complete. He would definitely recommend them! Note: My father is very picky & money conscious so this company must have done a fabulous job for him to give such a good review! :)

We were very pleased with the service. We asked if the service could be done in this calendar year and the owner made special arrangements to get it done. The worker and owner were especially careful to clean up the area after removing the previous shingles and the new roofs look very professional. They even used a couple of techniques to make sure the shingles stay down that we hadn't seen before. We would absolutely use them again. They are very professional and the work was excellent.

They called and said they would get back to me. I was waiting, canceled other appts. but they never followed thru. I still have the work to be done and will have to work on other appts. It was not the contractor making the appt. but either his wife or secretary.

The roof is now repaired and they did a great job. Old shingles were removed, the roof was repaired and new shingles It looks great and matches other parts of my existing roof.

Excellent conscientious work at a fair price. At the end of each day Stephen told us what his workmen would do the following day. They showed up every day as promised and completed the work on time and with excellent workmanship. We tried to get some insurance coverage for the work because of hurricane Matthew which hit our area. As usual the the insurance company declined. However, the insurance adjuster said I don't know who you got for a contractor but they're really doing a good job for you.

Steven came out the same day I called him. He took the time to show us the damage from the storm and what was causing the leaks. We had to wait a few weeks to receive our payout from our insurance. Once we received the check, it only took him a week to make the repairs and he did it for $700 less than the other quote we were given, including additional damage that wasn't originally observed during his initial inspection. Also, when he found the additional damage that the original leaks didn't reveal, Steven sent us pictures and a quote before he did any additional work. Other than the additional damage that was discovered, he stayed right on budget.
