Description of Work: Mr. Jones replaced the bottom oven element in my range and also replaced a cracked refrigerator ice maker filter housing. I did not wait long for a convenient appointment, he arrived at the arranged time, and he was very courteous and efficient. Note that I had purchased the parts myself with the initial intention of doing my own repairs. Although I know repair companies make a profit on parts, this did not seem to bother him. In addition to making the repairs, he also took the back cover off the refrigerator to make sure the coils were clean and instructed me how to do this myself in the future (and how frequently to do it) to extend the life of the compressor. He did not charge for this additional inspection. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use this company again for small appliance repair. I will also call Mr. Jones when I need HVAC service, as he does large appliance work, too. All in all, highly recommended.

+ -1 moreI called Jones Appliance, Heating, and AC service and he asked me some details about what was going on with washer when it stopped working in the middle of doing laundry. He gave me a 2 hour window of time he would be here (within the same day.) He called me before he arrived. And gladly it was only after 40 minutes in that 2-hr time frame and said he would be here in just a few minutes. Upon arriving, he got a few things out of his truck, and came in and said, I think I know what is wrong and if I am correct, this will be fixed in a few minutes. He was right. Washer fixed. He was done and gone in about 5-10 minutes maximum. AWESOME!!!! I will totally use his service again!

+ -1 moreOver all it was excellent service. Mr. Jones had made several stops to help us with our aged units. When we purchase a new unit we intend to use his service. It is hard to find honest service (in my opinion) in the area which we live. Jones appliance Heating and A/C Service has been very reliable and honest. Mr. Jones has always left our unit running, and even worked out a payment plan for us last summer 2011. He made several visits to our home and unit during this unusually hot summer. This report was on just one of the visits but all visits were fair priced and we were very satisfied customers.
Description of Work: Jones Appliance was called out to repair our older A/C units. Later in the summer 2011 we had our lower larger unit cleaned. This particular visit was to check & clean the bottom floor unit inside & out. The invoice described the service as "Cleaned outdoor coils on both A/C units and indoor coil on gas pack" We have two units one at the lower first story of our home the other in the attic, second floor.
