BUFF'S CLEANING & RESTORATION

After calling over father's day weekend and leaving a message, I received a prompt and cheerful call early Monday morning from Ronnie's office. I was given several options of times, including the very next day at 8:30 (which I took). The office staff explained the process and what to expect. Ronnie arrived the next day at 8:30am, prompt and ready to go. He was very personable and friendly and thoroughly assessed are traffic pattern and condition of carpet. He showed us every step of what he was going to do, including a better vacuum to get dirt out of the carpet better. Ronnie went straight to work and was neat about it and fast. He didn't rush and took time to restore our carpet. I have never had carpets to clean this well and are barely wet. The products used to clean and deodorize live a clean scent but not overbearing. And did I mention the price.....you can't beat the price!!!! What a wonderful experience from a homegrown local business. Thank you Angie's List for pointing me in his direction. The reviews helped me to make a great decision and I hope to do the same for others. I will be using Buff's cleaning on a quarterly basis for that price!!!!

Ronnie is fantastic! His group is fantastic and results oriented. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They arrived promptly and were quick to do the job but cut no corners. My husband and I had a dog that liked to rub against the loveseat, and I was especially pleased at how thoroughly they removed the dirt and oil.The work was first class, and the price was reasonable. I was frankly surprised at how good my furniture looked when they finished. Ronnie is pleasant and professional and seems extremely knowledgeable about all things cleaning. I look forward to using their upholstery cleaning skills again and will look to them for other jobs as well.

For the house problem, Ronnie confirmed that the crawl space had mold. He advised us to replace the duct work and he then came in and scrubbed the crawl space, cleaned the vents, installed and moisture barrier and closed off the vents. He advised us that contrary to the believe that the crawl spaces should be left open to allow air passage, the closing actually causes the mold problems in eastern NC. Coincidentally, an article appeared in the electric cooperative's magazine two months later which supported this viewpoint. Ronnie tends to stay abreast of current trends and methods for cleaning and I feel his knowledge of the crawl space mold, supported by the electric company's article, confirms this.
