The installers were very knowledgeable and polite as they installed a new shower. The explained everything thing they were doing every step and made sure everything was were i wanted. They explained the warranty and how to clean my shower.

Alyssa and Lane were very professional and completed the shower removal and replacement in 4 hours. They made sure that everything was working properly before leaving and left everything cleaned.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Marc was an excellent sales associate. He was very professional & knowledgeable of the products West Shore Home offered & how he could make this work for us. On the day of installation Kelvin & Keelan arrived on time arrived on time & got right to work. They arrived at 9:15 am & was completely finished by 5:45 pm. We had lots of water damage to our floor underneath the old shower. The floor had to be completely ripped out & rebuilt. We also needed new plumbing. When it was all said done these 2 guys left us with a beautiful new walk-in shower.

Johan and Nick were professional and courteous. They did an outstanding job thank you guys.

West shore had to make three trips to my home to make corrections from the initial install. The guys who came out were Courteous and professional, but the actual manager wasnâ  t. It was my impression that he was all about getting done and moving to the next job. As a customer, I didnâ  t feel appreciated. I donâ  t recommend spending your hard earn dollars with this company.
