Nick D and James R arrived at 8:30 AM, Nick reviewed the work order with me and began to remove the old tub and walls. By 11:00 AM they had everything removed and started the install. Work was completed at 5:45 PM. Excellent customer service, kept me informed the whole time, excellent workmanship and a complete review of everything done. West Shore Home delivers on exactly what they said they were going to do.

The installation crew was very professional. The skill set the two technicians had set our minds at ease knowing a quality upgrade to our home would be completed exactly as promised. A great job and West Shore is now our go to company for projects.

Love our new bathroom. Apprehensive at first . However all of my concerns were laid to rest at the day of the installation. Timeliness, checked; professionalism, checked; having a. comprehensive plan, checked. Our work crew Michael B. And Ryan K assured me and my 94 yr old mother that they would take good care of us and they did. They actually cared and sensed our apprehension. This meant a great deal to my mother. Actually we got a bonus; a beautiful shower and bath and a new addition to our family. We are so happy to finally find a contractor we can trust. Thank you West Shore.
