+ -1 moreGreat service and excellent guy to deal with. Called Toot Boone to get a quote and within a week the roof was done. Had a shingle hit a window and cracked it called Toot over to take a look at it and 3 days later that was corrected also. I would strongly recommend giving this company a call with whatever roofing needs you have.
Description of Work: Replaced roof on whole home.

+ -1 moreI called and left message. Got a call back the same day. Somebody came and inspected the fan in the attic the next day. In less than a week it was replaced. I did not need to be present for it. The service was very good. Courteous, fast and even a leak was fixed around the fan. The price was better than with other local company for just the fan. I am very satisfied. In 2-3 years when I'll need my roof fixed, I definetly will call them up.
Description of Work: I called them after my first try with another local company fell through. I needed a broken fan fixed in the attic. It has been broken for about 5 weeks. They replaced it fast and reasonable priced.

Description of Work: My neighbor had Mr. Boone install a new roof on his home. It looked good and the work was done quickly and cleanly. When I asked if he would recommend Mr. Boone, he said yes, so I called Boone. I had already received a check and an estimate from my insurance company, so I wasn't waiting on money from them. That always helps. Boone Group's estimate was lower than the estimate from the insurance company and that was including some extra work that the insurance wouldn't cover. Boone's men came out promptly. The job was done in 3 days (even with some dicey weather). They cleaned up quickly and all was good. About a month later, I noticed a leak after a particularly heavy rain. I called Boone and his guys were out the next day. A minor flashing seal was repaired and they also repaired a gutter problem (not their responsibility...). In addition, Boone told me a simple and very effective way to fix old leak stains on my ceiling that worked remarkably well. It has been a couple of months now and everything is fine. No problems. However, I have the feeling that if a problem developed, I could probably call him and he would come right out... Concerning the other, low evaluation of Mr. Boone's service, it always makes me wonder... when a contractor actively avoids a customer, perhaps there is something about the customer that's wrong and not the contractor. After all, this is how contractors make their living....

+ -1 moreI contacted Toot Boone about fixing my roof and water damage in my home. He responded well to first phone call and installed a temp patch and gave me a fair estimate. He did charge me for the patch job that he said would come off the repair bill if hired. After the insurance copany approved repairs and cut me a check I called Toot Boone back and he said he would be there at date arranged to take messurments to order metal roof. Toot or no one else ever showed up or called back. Called back and set another date. Still no show or return phone call? I then called back and left a message that I had the money in hand and needed to know what the deal was. Toot never returned my call and I am now trying to find another contractor.
Description of Work: Never showed up after first inspection. Did patch job to roof and was waiting on insurance to approve.
