+ -1 moreFantastic. As I mentioned, my living room ceiling looks amazing. You absolutely cannot tell that any repairs were ever made to it. That's not an easy feat to do with popcorn ceilings. Rams Horn takes pride in their work and makes sure that everything works perfectly and looks perfect before they leave. I've been using them for more than 15 years and I refuse to use anyone else!
Description of Work: Replaced the drywall in 5'x5' area of my dining room ceiling (due to a leak). I have a popcorn ceiling, so he had to blend the new area to match the rest of the ceiling. It is perfect! You can't tell at all that any repairs were ever made to the ceiling. He also secured my bar counter top (it was sagging) and repaired a few other minor things.

Description of Work: Replaced the motors on two attic fans in the middle of a summer heat wave.

+ -1 moreThe and quot;storyand quot; started years ago when we hired Ramshorn to do repairs and as is stated above he does everything at our home and will continue to do so. Great person to work with we wouldn't consider hiring anyone else and highly recommend him to family and friends.
Description of Work: Ramshorn is our go-to for everything that needs fixing, repairing or renovating. The list is long as he has been doing work for us for many years. He has replaced toilets, energy efficient windows, doors, hot water heater, stair carpet, laminate floors, linoleum flooring, painting most every room, replacing kitchen countertops, designing and installing shelving in kitchen and bath. Replace screen on screen porch, lighting on exterior and so on. This is only a partial list as this is time consuming.

He does excellent work, has good ideas, completes each and every job with skill, efficency and gives us options as to what we can do and how much the cost will be. And he is fun to have around, even in the midst of the upheaval of renovation! When my husband had knee replacement surgery Jeff came over, moved furniture around, then came back and put everything back in place when he recovered. He is the only person that we call for anything we need in our home. We are very grateful that we are among his clients.
Description of Work: Jeff McLawhorn has been a life saver for us. He has renovated the kitchen with cabinets, countertops, appliances, new plumbing, including farmhouse sink, faucets, disposal. He helped with the design, giving me good information on what would work and what wouldn't. He also painted the kitchen and dining room. He replaced three commodes, replaced tile in two bathrooms, He has re-screened the porch and painted the screened room. My husband has a laryngectomy and must be very careful not to be around dust, while we went to the beach for two weeks he removed the carpet and installed laminate in all the bedrooms and hall upstairs, it was wonderful to come home and everything was done. (This involved moving three bedrooms of furniture) He has come on a moment's notice when we had a leak in the plumbing upstairs and was able to replace it without destroying the ceiling. There is hardly an inch of this house he hasn't touched.

Description of Work: He has done several jobs for me in the past and has ALWAYS done an outstanding job. He is not the most responsive and can take a while to get your estimate, but when he says he's going to be there, he's there. Last job took longer than he expected and required more work, but he didn't deviate from his estimate.
