Description of Work: Installed a sub panel and feed for a service I a utility barn. Hot leg and neutral were installed backwards and only found out when my saber saw ran twice as fast as it should have. They returned on a Sunday afternoon to fix this. Crew had to return to install a ground rod that was overlooked. Then inspector required second rod so they had to return again. They were nice enough but the job was pretty simple but took many tries to get it right.

The plumber was very efficient. He was able to use a device of his own creation to remove the blockage when normal methods did not work. He was very professional and careful to cover his shoes after each of several trips out to his truck.
Description of Work: Cleared a blocked drain in the kitchen and made sure lines were running freely.

Description of Work: Called approx 8/9/14 to take advantage of an offer for maintenance on my geothermal heat pump.They would clean the system and check it out for $69.00.The a/c tech came on time and spent a few hours under the house cleaning the system.He announced that he found a water leak on the water coil,causing the system to not cool adequately.(That is the reason I called-the system was cooling, but not quite as programmed)I told him to order the part and also signed a maintenance agreement.Well,after not hearing from the company for a week,I called to find out what happened.The front desk person said the part was ordered and the cost would be $3000.00.Well,this went on for a while until I had to call again after a week.Still no word so I had them track the order.Wrong order.Either the a/c company or Pitt messed up the order.Pitt assured me the order was corrected and the part would be in after a week.I endured another week.In the meantime,the a/c quit cooling.The tech came back with the part and informed me after a while that the company sent the wrong part.He again worked on the system,got it restartrd and left.This lasted about 4 hours.After waiting without a/c for another week and not hearing anything from the company,I called.The front desk person was the only one I could talk to.I told the company that I no longer wanted their services.I started out with a working a/c and ended up with an ac that did not work.Each time the tech touch touched the system,the a/c got worse.I really had to wonder if something was going on.I told them they should NEVER tell anyone they knew anything about geothermal units-or any a/c system for that matter.I would never recommend them for any a/c service.Poor service.poor communication.Worst experience of my life

Took some time to get a quote and then to get them out there. Friendly through the whole process and responsive to immediate communication but took a while to get the work done. I will use them again.

Kim worked very hard to try to figure out the problem, which I initially thought was related to the electrical service. He checked both Heat pumps and determined that the circuit tripping was a result of a problem with the upstairs heat pump. He ordered the new compressor, and told me that he hoped it would be in Thursday morning. I received a call Thursday morning from Kim saying that the part had arrived and that he was on his way. He was very thorough and didn't get annoyed at the many questions I asked or that I watched what he was doing. This was a great experience and I will definitely work with Pitt again.
Description of Work: Diagnosed and repaired upstairs HVAC. Replaced compressor, recharged freon.

Pitt Electric were very nice and polite and very efficient. They weren't here long, and they got here right away. It was as pleasant an experience as you could have. The price was very reasonable.

They did a really good job. They picked up and installed the recessed lights in our new addition.
Description of Work: During a storm a tree limb took the electrical box off of our house. We hired this company to repair the damage. They also did some work on a new addition to our home.
