Pinnacle Carpet Care is locally owned and operated. We have been servicing Eastern North Carolina for more than Ten years now. These Ten years of experience have not been 1 year of experience repeated for over ten years, rather our employees keep up to date with new technologies such as; better cleaning solutions for our clients environment, Newly emerging carpet fibers and construction(i.e. frieze, berber, evertouch, tactess, etc.), how we can effectively clean these emerging fibers and buying trends of consumers so we may help our clients select new carpet for their home, based on their needs and style. This continued education in the carpet cleaning and flooring market will help our clients have that real feeling of trust, honesty and quality that we feel they should expect each and every day. Value driven Cleaning is what Pinnacle Carpet Care does, customer service and satisfaction is what Pinnacle Carpet Care is about, if it has to do with flooring Pinnacle Carpet Care would love to Help You. Our rates vary depending on the level of service being done i.e. moving furniture, pet odor removal, carpet protectant, carpet repairs etc. Our Minimum cleaning and or repair rate is $75.00 Installation rates vary on material to be installed. We do not do estimates, we do flooring audits, which consist of a comprehensive evaluation of all flooring in your home, including measurements, carpet identification, cleaning recommendations and options, and answers to the clients questions, all of which are giving too the client for future reference. The value of this audit is $25.00, however if the client books the service with us the audit is absolutely free!!!!

Vendor never responded to texts or voicemails. Started calling 3 months earlier. I can only presume he's gone out of business. Or he's so swamped he can't bother with new business. I suspect the prior.

Pinnacle Carpet Care is not out of Business, Pinnacle is a Single Truck operation and the business model is that of contacting the Owner/Operator to schedule a date and time for the cleaning work to be done during our business hours. Pinnacle Carpet Care does not perform same day services, we do this because out cleaning days are usually booked at least 1 week in advance and [Member Information Removed] times two weeks in advance. If we scheduled same day appointments it would not be a fair practice to the clients that booked weeks in advance because it would force us to rush through our scheduled jobs to fulfill a same day appointment. Pinnacle Carpet Care will not denigrate services due to a same day booking. This was conveyed to the reviewer on both of the phone calls that were made to Pinnacle Carpet Care. Pinnacle Carpet Care knows that Family is important, so we work hard during the work week to allow employees to enjoy their family time on the weekend. Pinnacle Carpet Care always Welcomes New Clients to our Cleaning Family and our mission is to make Every Client Happy with the service work we perform. We do know that by following this Business model we will not be able to accommodate some potential Clients, however making sure our cleaning work is not comprised by overbooking service work causing our technicians to speed through a appointment is not acceptable to our clients or Pinnacle Carpet Care. We do apologize to the reviewer that we could not come to a suitable accommodation for the service work he wanted us to perform. I hope the reviewer can relate and accept that Pinnacle Carpet Care values the reasonable expectations we require to provide quality work and that our Client's expectation of our service far outweigh compromising our time for additional monetary gain.
