The chandelier hanging from the ceiling of our front foyer, which is two stories tall, was hanging by the wire instead of the chain, and the canopy of the chandelier, which covers the hole in the ceiling, had fallen away from the ceiling. This happened seven years after we had the chandelier lowered by another electrician who is no longer in business. Peyton responded to my request for electrical service in a timely manner after two other electrical services didn't. Came out to survey the situation. He said he would need to erect scaffolding to reach the light fixture and gave me an estimate for his service. We set a date for service a few days later. He showed up on the date at the time set with the equipment and extra workers he needed to complete the job, most of which entailed erecting the scaffolding needed to reach the high light fixture, and then disassembling it again. They worked efficiently and were very careful not to bang any of their equipment into our walls, woodwork and furniture, especially while erecting and disassembling the scaffolding, and also took care to protect our wood floors underneath the scaffolding. Peyton took care to ensure the chandelier is now hanging properly by the chain instead of the electrical wire. The canopy was replaced to its correct position. I think we payed a fair price for the work. Would hire him again if needed.

I am scared of heights so he used a ladder and changed it. I have a light bulb extension changer but it has a little cage over it. He and his friends flew right up the ladder and changed it. For home security I like to have light around my house. He was a lot cheaper than anybody else. Somebody else wanted to take a lift and wanted to charge over $200, but he just took a ladder and went right up there and changed it. He was much cheaper and he was a local guy. My neighbors had some work done by him. I was very satisfied. He is only about a mile down the road and I am near his business so it was easy for him to get to me. I would use him again.
