This company actually got in touch with me first after going to Home Advisor. Set-up to call them back the next morning to schedule to come out and do the repair.Before i even got off the phone the tech was on his way.Best service i have ever had to come out promptly.Done a great job in a timely manner.I will use them again the next time i need a plumber.

Great job!! I'm just sorry I didn't have a softener installed sooner. Would recommend Ease Plumbing and would use again myself.

We have called Ease Plumbing on 3 different occasions and couldnâ t be happier. I canâ t remember the manâ s name that fixed our water heater a couple of years ago but he was great and that was when I decided I would always call Ease Plumbing. The last 2 times, Matt has been here and we couldnâ t ask for better help. He is so courteous, explains what he is doing and obviously a hard worker. He will be returning again to complete running a waterline under our deck and two new spigots for outdoor watering for plants next summer. We couldnâ t ask for more. Thank you Ease Plumbing and especially thank you Matt!! Finding a plumber to help us when we are in need of one is no longer a nightmare.

The tech was great

Lori and Tasha are excellent. Chris came out and was very friendly unfortunately he couldn't fix problem. After I read instruction, it just needed new batteries not a whole new set. Sorta disappointed in this. They do respond very quickly when called so I would recommend them.

Diagnosed problems quickly and provided options. Repair completed professional and follow-up visit for fine tuning was conducted with utmost courtesy. Reasonably priced.

Austin and Josh were prompt, straight forward and took care of our sewer line issue while going above and beyond to correct a few other minor issues - they even put the garden where the issue sat below back to rights. I would recommend this company anytime no question!

$300 for 1/2 - 1hr work. Did not provide a quote. Will never use again.

Great service, timely and effective

This company was very easy to work with. I called, and they sent Shelden out the same day to provide a quote. He and Josh performed the repairs the next morning. They were both nice guys and did great work. Wonderful communication throughout the entire process, including texts and emails to inform me when the plumbers were on their way.

Efficient and helpful. Expensive.

They did a first-rate job installing our sewer main right after the city of Charlotte completed their work. All the work and inspection were perfectly coordinated.

Literally 1 minute after I input the request on HomeAdvisor for a quote, they called and showed up at my house within the hour.

They were able to be at my house within an hour of the original call and then we were fixed in a couple hours. Great turnaround!

Ease Plumbing came out after a bad experience with a large HVAC/Plumbing company that quoted us outrageously high rates to fix a leaking toilet. Ease came in with a quote that was $2000 lower than the other plumbing company, then fixed it within an hour and half, without going back for supplies or tools. Great job Chris Bolin and his co-worker, Josh!
