After hurricane hit Greenville in Fall of 2011 about 4 shingles on corner of roof were blown off from 70 mph winds.. When I called the company to get them to come out the receptionist was unreceptive to sending anyone out to examine the damage saying: "What do you expect from a Hurricane?" I responded that the winds were 40 mph below the rating of the shingles that were installed and that I expected them to honor our warranty. They did show up once unannouced and left a card in the door, but never came back when we were home. So after 3 months I had to get the 4 shingles replaced by other means. Bottom line they only offered a 2 year warranty whereas other companies provide longer warranties up to 5 years and Greenville roofing didn't honor our warranty. As a side note during construction they did not cleanup very well after the job was complete. We were picking up many roofing nails for well over a year after the job was complete..
Description of Work: Replaced the roof with high wind resistant shingles good to 110 mph. Provided 2 year warranty.
