replacement windows

Description of Work: I contracted GA Hilliker to replace my windows. He said he had to "have half up front" to order/pay for the windows. That was in March. It is now June 23rd and I haven't seen windows, work, refund or a phone call from GA. He has constantly stalled getting to my house. After at least 3 deadlined dates, the last being Friday, June 22, I warned him I was going to seek a judgement against him for obtaining property under false pretense and post complaints on websites about his actions.Do: Google G A Hilliker lawsuitDo: Read the details of the case where he defauded a lady out of $5515.97 Don't: even concider giving this "sweet little old man" any money
