+ -1 moreQuick story: I've known Eneco East for many years as a commercial HVAC company. I met Bill Lewis when we were building our first business location, and his expertise, and willingness to share that expertise, in commercial HVAC was without equal. Many years later, when our home HVAC was needing replacement, I called them to ask if they did residential work. They did, and they replaced our downstairs system perfectly and professionally, giving us several engineered options and choices. They have become my regular HVAC service company. Today I called them to repair our upstairs HVAC that stopped cooling last night. I called them at 8AM and spoke to dispatcher. They were here by 10AM and immediately found a bad capacitor. It was fixed in 15 minutes. I trust them so much that I left the door unlocked for them to come while I was at work. These guys know HVAC. Bill's legacy lives on at Eneco East!

+ -1 moreThey are very very good about coming when you ask for them to come here. They got here right away even though it wasn't anything crucial. It was just a check. We've had some issues in the past but they've always come and have taken care of it right away. They're reasonable.

Description of Work: My AC needed maintenance because I could tell it was freezing up. The folks explained what was going on to me as being a lack of freon. They filled it up and I had called around to check pricing and these guys came in the lowest. They did try to upsell a coil for $1500 while they were there saying that our freon was leaking, but all coils leak a bit and have to be replaced eventually. I was very satisfied with this service and they had the most reasonable prices in town.

+ -1 moreOver all I was more than impressed with their speedy response times, perfectly friendly attitudes, and genuine concern they seemed to express for our comfort. I would most definitely recomend them to anyone with heating or air issues, even if its not their unit, they will still take care of you, quite the little gem among the "big boys" give them a try, I'll bet you will be satisfied too!
Description of Work: Hello all, I am surprised Eneco doesn't have any feedback, generally they specialize in self contained units for say, an upstairs office that doesnt have access to the rest of your homes central air "which is exactly how we first became aquainted with the company." I was very impressed with the quality of work, the punctuality, and the professional, yet friendly way they conducted themselves! Originally just supposed to install our upstairs unit, they went the extra mile for us when our central broke down a month or so afterwards, we called them to ask who they would recommend help us and they sped right out themselves to take a look at our unit, had it temporarily fixed for us that day then came back the next with a new motor and charged us more than reasonable fee for this, especially seeing as our unit wasnt covored by them and they came out right at 5pm, made certain we would be comfortable that night and promptly showed up the next day to completely fix our big unit! While its true that their self contained unit can get rather pricey, the quality is outstanding it perfoms just as expected and then some!
