Carpet Care

I have used other companies before, but this company comes right on time, does a wonderful job, and the prices is a lot cheaper than others.

Joe arrived on time and did an evaluation of the house. He measured and calculated our square footage at 647 square feet. He also gave me a price quote. He did a nice job on the carpet he did clean. However, he did not clean under ANY of our furniture. I spent the last two days cleaning everything off, out, and out from under all our furniture. I'll probably spend the next week putting it back together. I can understand not moving our heavy desk but even I can push the loveseat and couch over. Plus I emptied my daughter's toy box and doll house which again, he didn't move. (And we're talking about two very small and light items.) Since he charged me for all the square footage in our house, I kind of expected him to clean more of it. I'm guessing he did about half. He didn't even leave any paper to walk on. We had to walk on wet carpet all day. He did manage to warn me not to go from wet carpet to the kitchen or other slippery floor. However, how do you explain that to a rambunctious child who runs throughout the entire house? My daughter slipped numerous times all day. When my husband called the company to complain about how they had not cleaned anywhere near the floor space they charged us for, they said that we received a special price that didn't include moving furniture. He also claimed that I knew this going in. No one ever told me that the price quote meant no furniture would be moved. If they had, why would I have gone through two days of packing up EVERYTHING we own and carting it to the garage, kitchens, and tripping over it in the bathrooms? The bottom line is that even though Joe did a good job cleaning the carpet he could reach, he still charged me for cleaning an entire house when he only cleaned the exposed areas. This did not compose anywhere near the square footage he charged me for. We will never use this company again and I strongly advise against anyone else using them.

Tim came in and cleaned the carpet. He did a superb job. The price was right. He was one of the best people to ever clean my carpet.
