Description of Work: I have a contract with Carolina Heating and air and have used their service for more than 20 years. The technicians that come will always answer my questions and will show me issues. When I needed a new system the manager came out and step by step showed me information ( I had also looked up information on the internet) |They have always been respectful, punctual and forthright.

+ -1 moreEverything has gone very well with them. The repair that was needed in February was a factory defect, so they were very good about taking care of the problems and Conrad was very honest and professional. I would use them again.
Description of Work: We hired Carolina Heating last July and again this past February. They installed a brand new heat pump, installed a digital thermostat and then we had a problem with the equipment in February, and they repaired that.
