“I find it disappointing that you chose to leave a negative review despite the extensive effort I put into assisting you. I went above and beyond to accommodate your requests, even while managing personal matters, including a vacation and a funeral. These circumstances were communicated to you multiple times, yet you continued to reach out persistently. Additionally, you questioned my wife’s ability to handle the job, despite her extensive background in construction, and ultimately backed out of the project just a day before it was scheduled. I even assisted with administrative tasks to ensure you received payment from your company, as you were insistent on doing so. When I previously helped you, I kindly requested a positive review, which you ignored. Now, you not only leave a negative review but also attempt to dictate how I should perform my job—despite lacking an understanding of the industry. Furthermore, you requested that your house be disconnected from the garage, and I ensured it was taken care of as requested. I take great pride in my work and always strive to provide the best service possible. It’s unfortunate that my efforts were met with unwarranted criticism rather than appreciation.”

I had Jeremy renovate my guest bathroom. He painted the walls, installed a new vanity, lay new flooring, and installed and wired a ceiling fan. He did a great job at a great price for a a bathroom renovation. I couldn’t ask for a better outcome, 10/10 I am hiring again to continue my remolding.
