Description of Work: Bruce does great work but they desperately need to hire someone to manager their phones or revamp their system. No one ever answers a phone and that would be fine if they would call you back within a reasonable amount of time. I have used them three times and each time I have to call back and leave multiple messages to schedule an appointment. Recently, my microwave broke and I have left messages and they still have not returned my call.

Description of Work: They were here to repair the ice maker in my refrigerator. When they move the refrigerator the ripped the vinyl floor. I have been trying to get them to discuss the damage for over a month now but keep getting the runaround.
