5 Star Renovations

The installation of the windows and door took a total of 2 days, (separated by our 2 week vacation because of an ordering delay on the door). The windows are insulated, tight and appear to be as advertised. I've noticed a difference already in the air conditioning use. Charles, Marie and Buddy were prompt, helpful and professional. We would not hesitate to hire them for another project or recommend them to friends. I contacted three other window and door companies in Greenville, but the only other one to respond was Lowes who gave us an estimate with Reliabilt by Atrium windows and Reliabilt by JELD-WEN Millwork Masters that was $5145.39, NOT including the labor charge which would have been divided between two different contractors and would have included a 3 week ordering delay.

The work was completed in 2 days, including the painting. The estimate given (and honored) was less than 2 competing bids, one of which wanted several thousand dollars more to do anything other than put on new shingles. When I complained about the water pouring over the gutters on a valley of a gabled roof, they fixed the problem immediately, (they were also replacing our windows and a French door at that time). 5 Star Renovations was the first to respond to our inquiries with a bid and they were also the best price.
