It went great! I called, they immediately provided me estimate. Picked up the rugs on date/time scheduled.

Rug seems clean ... don't have much to compare it to on quality or price, but I would use them again for the same basic cleaning service.

Loved them--the telephone call was helpful, gave me clear pricing and process information. The website gives a clear video of how the carpets would be cleaned and I was given two options for how they would be cleaned. The tech arrived as scheduled and finished the work a day earlier than expected--we were thrilled with the results. Family run business and a great find.

The price was reasonable. They're knowledgeable and they really worked to get some of the stains out. They were very nice and professional.

Zimmerman carpet Cleaner were great. They were quick to respond, very, very courteous and helpful when they came. They actually gave us tips about what we could do so that they wouldn't have to keep coming back. They were very professional and the quality was good. Their prices were good.

On the morning of our scheduled cleaning the technician did alert us that his arrival would be delayed which we appreciated. Upon arrival he set directly to work, continuing to address any questions he had as he moved through the rooms. The work was done in a most efficient and timely manner and I would use Zimmerman in the future to clean my carpets.

The gentleman that came quickly determined the problematic areas from pet soil and performed both a spot treatment and a full carpet vacuum / rinse. He moved all the furniture with care and paid special attention to heavily soiled areas. I was very pleased with his professionalism. He left the carpet looking a uniform solid color -- which is saying alot because it looked pretty gross prior to the cleaning. I plan to use them again on my hard woods / tile surfaces in my new house.

Should up on time. I had a 10% coupon from being a previous client. When I booked the spot. I told the young lady that the Coupon expired on 7/1. But that I didn't need them till 7/5... Could I still use it? She said yes and would make a note. The Cleaner did not want to honor the coupon. He told me that the women at the office does not make the rules. And he didn't care what she told me....Now this is over 35.00....I was about to tell him he could leave, when he said he wasn't going to argue with me and would honor the discount. He had a bad attitude after that. The carpet looked good, not great,and because of his attitude, I won't be using them again.

They did a good job and I was pleased with the service. They were pretty pricey.

I liked that they were prepared to take the deeds for oriental carpets and they were able to take down and make sure that they were thoroghly clean, not just the nap on the front, but all the way through to the backing. Also, did some really nice work on getting some spots and damage off the sofa. They are very professional. One other thing about them. They were willing to move a lot of furniture, rather then have furniture moved before they came.

Mr. Zimmerman and his assistant arrived a few minutes after our scheduled appointment time, but he had called to let me know they were running about 20 minutes behind. I showed them the room and areas to be cleaned. We went over the estimate again, and he showed me all options available, and agreed on the work to be done. He vacuumed, steam-cleaned, and applied stain protection on the carpet in a thorough and timely manner. I was very pleased with the work and the appearance of my carpet afterwards. He even guaranteed his work for 6 months with no charge for a re-cleaning if necessary. A few days after his visit, he mailed us a thank-you note for giving him our business, along with discount cards for friends and neighbors. I plan to use his company again when I need carpets cleaned. d.

We needed our carpets cleaned and found Zimmerman's on Angie's list. They were quick, professional and the prices were very reasonable. They did a fantastic job. Our carpets look great. We will use them for all of our carpet cleaning needs. And they gave a discount for finding them on Angie's list!!

Mr. Zimmerman and his staff are highly professional and have an excellent work ethic. Their estimates are clear and there were no surprises. Work on the oriental carpets (11) was excellent and floor cleaning was good, but a bit over priced.

There were not any problems to speak of. Staff very courteous, MIke was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I did not have to do anything. I learned I needed to be slower in my vacumning regardless of the vacumn cleaner I own. Going over the same spot two or three times really makes a difference in how clean you get your carpet.

They are excellent. They were able to get everything clean. The price was reasonable.
