Zane has been amazing! He is honest, diligent, and extremely responsive. He has been a joy to work with. My husband, disabled daughter, and my mother, along with me, had/have very unique needs. Zane was understanding, thoughtful and patient - NEVER pushy. We explained our situation and he has taken amazing care of us. He has been available without fail and if I went quiet even for as much as a couple of weeks, Zane didn’t push. He let us know he was there for us and it was not just lip service. Because we were looking in several locations across many different counties in NC, Zane didn’t pretend to know everything about every locale and when we needed it he referred us to a peer who was well versed with areas that he was not. This told me almost everything I needed to know about Zane. Knowledge is important!! We ended up selecting the most wonderful home that is perfect for our needs and I am thrilled that Zane Garringer is our “Closer Extraordinaire”! Zane is well educated in what he does. He pointed out things we needed to be aware of and guided us without a shove and has made everything unbelievably easy. He LISTENS! And so very easy to talk to. We are just a few weeks from closing & I will update again after, but I promise you this. You will not be disappointed working with Zane.
