We had just purchased a home and needed the windows cleaned inside and out, as well as the tracks and sills done due to water leaking in (windows wouldn't seal). The folks at Window Cleaning by Lane's quickly came out to give us an estimate. Though they were higher than another estimate we got, they were able to get us in quickly (which we desperately needed), so we hired them. I am not disappointed in the least. They were able to clean all the gunk out of the window sills/tracks, and get the windows looking 100000x better. They even scheduled the inside separate from the outside so that we could finish having our flooring installed before getting the inside cleaned (so we wouldn't have to do it again), and wiped down the walls where the dirt had come in from the rain before. On top of that, they cut us a break for the extra work of cleaning the tracks that hadn't been cleaned in probably 15 years. All in all, I am very happy with the work that was done, and the professionalism and friendliness of the folks at this company. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done, and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Awesome folks, awesome service.

I have used Window Cleaning by Lane's to clean our windows for 2 years and they always do an awesome job on the windows. They are easy to work with on scheduling and arrive on time and work quickly. This year we had all the gutters on the house cleaned and what a difference it made! Hank did an incredible job of hand scrubbing them to get the white back...makes the house look like we painted it. I would totally recommend them if you're looking for sparkly windows and gutters!

This is the second year I have used Lane's. I coordinated this project with some of my neighbors and Lane's did 5 homes in my neighborhood. We were all pleased with their services. We will continue using them on a yearly basis.

That went very well. They did a fine job. They showed up on scheduled and it was generally 1 person. He went through the house and had taken out the windows and screens. They were reliable, reasonably priced and they did a good job. We rescheduled a couple of different times and they're right on time.

The team of two men arrived at the appointed time and were very professional. They were able to complete the job in one day and were very careful to be neat, replacing items to their original place.

There were additional costs as I have more windows and I knew that when I purchased the Big Deal. I have a palladium window, which they consider a specialty window that they cleaned the exterior of. They also consider french doors, transoms and side panels as specialty windows where there is an upcharge. They did a good job cleaning, especially with the with the pollen and water spots. They were very punctual and listened to me. There were some spots from acid rain that they did not remove because I did not want to pay the extra charge. Their prices were comparable with others I saw. What was nice is I believe they considered the top and bottom panels as one window; it does need to be flat to be considered one window.

The service did not include paned windows nor did it include storm windows. The estimate to include paned windows and storm windows would have been double the price of the special.

Lane Windows were wonderful and very gracious. I needed to get my windows cleaned that week for some photos being taken of my home and they were able to rearrange a few things and work it out for me. Hannah came on Saturday and worked inside most of the day cleaning the inside and outside of most windows. Hank came on Sunday morning for about 15 or 20 minutes and finished up the few that she could not reach. They were both very hard working, courteous, and professional. My windows were sparkling. Their price was also very competitive with the Angies List deal. I was extremely happy with my service and will definitely use them in the future.

Hank was great ...on time and did a GREAT job cleaning our windows. Very meticulous and detail oriented ...making sure the windows were totally clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

I purchased the Angie's List deal for cleaning of up to 20 windows. Window Cleaning by Lane's did a great job. The windows look wonderful. They were responsive and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. The windows have not looked this good in years. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure I was pleased with their work. I would high recommend Window Cleaning by Lane's.

Hank did a wonderful job. He was prompt, friendly and thorough. I tend to have some clutter around my windows, and he was very careful with my things. I love my clean windows!

He was a little late on the first morning, however, he did an excellent job. He was very thorough in everything. I will certainly use him again. The deal I purchased was for 20 windows for $129, but we had more windows/doors so it cost us another $95.00 - all still a good deal in this area.

There were no problems with scheduling at all. The pricing was fair.

It was fantastic. I was very satisfied. They did a fantastic job. What stood out to me about them is the care they took. They put things on the rug so everything would be clean. It was just a very workman like job.

I know the storms would be $10.00 each extra but did not read the "fine print" re: an extra charge if the windows were not flat glass. The disclaimer was in the offer. They were punctual & professional and did a nice job. I did not shop around for this service so do not have any idea how good the price was. You recently offerred another window washing service but the services offerred were slightly different.

I am very pleased with the service and the result. Mr. Lane arrived a little early, explained the process and immediately went to work. He was thorough, professional, and showed great attention to detail. My windows are spotless! I will definitely contact this company the next time I want my windows cleaned.

The guy was prompt and did an excellent job on the window washing. He was having some personal difficulties that ( with my encouragement), we talked a lot about as I was working outside in my yard. Not a problem for me, but might have been for some people. However, I DID encourage him as I feel like he needed a friendly ear. I would definitely recommend Lane to my neighbors and will use them again.
