I don’t usually make purchases without experiencing some form of buyer’s remorse, but this investment in Water Improvement Technologies has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! From start to finish, the experience has been top-notch. My system is far more robust than the ones my neighbors purchased from larger competitors, and I’ve seen a drastic improvement in my water quality since installation. I wasn't planning to buy immediately—I only intended to do research—but after meeting Chris, the salesperson, I felt completely confident moving forward. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, which made the entire sales experience surprisingly educational. I also really appreciated the water quality testing they did in my home to show me exactly where things stood before installation. The installer was equally impressive. His attention to detail was exceptional, and it was clear he cared not only about getting the system installed correctly but also about making sure everything looked perfect. The units were placed exactly where I wanted, and the new faucet hole was aligned perfectly. They even came back to ensure everything was working to my satisfaction. I’ve been recommending Water Improvement Technologies to my neighbors, and I plan to use them again in my next home. If you're considering improving your water system, I can't recommend them highly enough. A+++ service all around!

I would NOT recommend WIT for ANY services. The technicians are not knowledgeable about the products they service, and both the installation and service are subpar with issues rising after they work on the system. Specifically, we have had a system for less than 3 years and already we have MULTIPLE issues: one power connector corroded (because they daisy chained them together to be able to reach the outlet); motor failure in one of the units; completely corroded bolt on the tank that had the motor failure, and terrible installation with the under the sink system, including incorrectly installed plumbing connections which caused leaking in the kitchen cabinet. We, the owners, had to completely remove the system and redo the plumbing under our sink to fix the problem.

Mike C and Blake returned to remedy a problem through no fault of their own. Working with Water Improvement Technologies has been a pleasure. Their team of skilled professionals are knowledgeable in the field of plumbing and water improvement. They also took time to understand my needs and developed a solution and met all my expectations. I can recommend WIT for anyone seeking to improve their water quality in general plumbing issues.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Personality plus. Kind and explained everything to this newly single elderly woman learning to take care of repairs.

There were some good and bad experiences. However, they were extremely flexible with us as we are diyers. They let use remove and demo the concrete slab to save a couple thousand dollars and made an effort to be available to finish the job. Part of the frustration really had to do with the incompetence of the City of Raleigh’s inspection department. The city pushed the schedule a month only to find out that the city’s asks were unrealistic by the last inspector and shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Leak in kitchen drain pipe. Top notch repair, pricey but not overly so. Asked for price on replacing 2 outside freeze proof faucets. Price was exorbitant ($700.00). Plus they charged $70.00 "service fee" to come spend 5 minutes looking at the job. HARD PASS.

The technician tried several different things to fix the rattle in my pipes and it didn’t correct the problem. I was told he and his supervisor would come back and find the pipe that was rattling and fix it on the following Monday. They never showed up and when I called he said he would call me back and never heard from them.
