Quite a lot of oak pollen plus small dead branches had collected on my roof and on top of the gutter guards, but the really ugly part was the green mold & mildew that stained the outside of the gutters on the North-facing side of the house that gets very little sun. I called W & W and spoke to Bruce Wolff who suggested walking around the house with me to see just what I wanted done and give me a price, which we did the next day. I thought the vinyl covered soffits and fascia boards looked OK, likewise the downspouts so I asked for a quote that included just blowing off the roof and tops of the gutter guards plus cleaning off the green stuff on the gutter sides and bottoms. This was Friday and Bruce said they had something else scheduled for Sat am but could get to my job in the afternoon the next day. They arrived early, abut 11:30 am, and worked until 2:30 pm so 6 man-hours. To say I was impressed with the quality of their work is really an understatement. Super job. After Hunter used a back-pack blower to clean off the roof and gutter guards, he and Bruce used ladders and their pressure washer to clean the gutters in what turned out to be a four step operation. First the majority of the dirt was washed off with the pressure washer, then a cleaner was sprayed on the gutter with a hand-held sprayer, then a long handled brush applied after the cleaner had a few minutes to work, and finally a rinse off with the pressure washer. Now the really good part. Also pressured washed were the soffits, fascia boards, most of the vinyl siding around the entry doors at the front of the house, downspouts, and anything else that looked like it needed it! Even spider webs and pollen which had collected around some of the window frames were eliminated. [ To be honest, they did a better job than I would have done on my own house!] I watched most of the time and noticed care was taken not step on flowers or to disturb the small shrubs in front of the house with the pressure hose or ladder placement. They were very friendly, easy going, worked well together, very professional. Left everything clean and shiny!
