When we called he was there within 24 hours. He not only restored the hot water but cleaned the area as the water heater had accumulated dust and rust. He always explains everything that he does. He comes on time and gets the job done! This was our second time using him we are very pleased with his work and the way he interacts with his customers. We have a neighbor that also uses his services - which again, let's me know are not the only satisfied customers. We are pleased with his work. He is the only person we would ever call for our hot water, plumbing needs! We highly recommend him! Our water heater is in a dark area of the attic but he goes in there with no problem and takes care of the issues. I feel that he is honest and fair with his pricing and that the job is done correctly.

The latest thing we used Vuncannon Plumbing for: we have purchased an old building - we live on the third floor. There was an old water heater in the basement that was leaking. Mike came showed us the problem. Together we decided that at this time we did not need that water heater. Mike took out the leaky unit, capped off all lines and disposed of the old unit. But as mentioned above this is only one of many jobs we have used him for. We highly recommend Vuncannon Plumbing.

Our hot water heater developed a slow leak. We have used Mike before and have always recieved good service in a timely manner. Our old water heater was very clogged with debris and Mike had to work with it for some time to get it to drain. The old wooden support stand was not quite level and he took the time to level it before installing the new unit. He then installed the new water heater including fitting an updated vent out the side of our garage. We also had him replace an exterior faucet that had a leaking anti freeze valve. All work was done well and Mike was very courteous and professional. We've had Mike do work for us for a number of years and have been very pleased with his work and feel that his prices are reasonable.
