I inquired about getting my gutters and valleys cleaned and was quoted a price I’m not sure if the owner stoped by in advance, however I was given a quote that was fair. Owner showed up with several ladders and a leaf blower I had things to do so I paid him before I left. When I returned a found a landscaping light that was damaged and the roof valleys were covered in leaves so I texted the owner and told him that I wasn’t satisfied. This was his response: I tried to get the valleys as much as possible. As I would blow one, it would go over the roof back on another I just did. Unless someone was able to scale the roof tied off to a rope would be the only way to get every bit of the valleys. I was able to get a lot of them, but almost impossible when they just blow back to where I just cleaned. The house is extremely high and very dangerous, especially on the right side. Sorry, I did not see any landscaping lights when moving the ladder around. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company for gutter cleaning.

[Member Name Removed] left out the important parts of the conversations. I was hired to clean the gutters. I originally gave him a quote for $165 and discounted him to $150 to clean the gutters only. When I arrived, he mentioned cleaning the valleys. He mentioned a previous company had climbed the roof and tied off with ropes to walk the roof. I told him that is NOT what I do. I told him I would try to blow what I could off some of the valleys and I was able to get most of it, but some areas we 60ft. up. I didn't charge him for the valleys. I did clean the gutters and made sure the downspouts were clear. When he texted me later, my response was based on what he told me he had another company do previously with tying off to the roof with ropes or renting a JLG lift. There is no other way to reach that high. But I did tell him before I started that that is not what I do. He said do the best you can. I did try, without charging him. In the end, I did do the job I was hired to do and charged him to do, with a discount. As far as the light fixture, I didn't ever see one. There is no telling who could of brushed by it. I asked him if the lens cover snaps back in place, but he didn't respond to that question. I assume that is all it was from looking at the picture. I would gladly go back to place the cover back on if he responded back instead of leaving a bad review, even though there is no telling if I was the one that knocked if off or someone else did. I have 100 hundreds of satisfied customers, and try my best to make every one of them happy 😊. I strive for perfection and transparency.

THEY KNOW THEIR PROFESSION WELL. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY ALWAYS GET THE JOB DONE AS FAST AS THEY CAN. THEY LEAVE EVERYTHING IN GOOD CONDITION AND I WOULD HIRE THEM WHEN EVER.
