Great job, worked performed on time as promised in a timely fashion by Derrick from Triad Roofing. Would recommend to others and will plan on using them when my roof needs to be replaced.

I had initially requested an inspection of my roof, and to know it's current condition, and the cost of replacement, whenever that would need to be completed. When I bought my home a few years ago, the inspector told me to plan on replacing the roof within a year or two, so I figured it was time to have it looked at. I ended up having 5 different companies give me a quote. Triad Roofing was the final estimate I received. Their estimate was done in a timely manner, and Derek actually got up on the roof and took photos to show me the roof's condition. I personally really appreciated that, as some of the other estimates I received, the estimator didn't bother with getting up on the roof to inspect it. Derek completely explained everything to me. He said that although the shingles were becoming rather brittle, that the roof potentially could last another couple of years. I decided to go ahead and have the work done now, to avoid having any potential problems develop. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job. They were very courteous and professional. They tore off the old materials, and installed architectural style shingles. In the process, they ended up replacing 5 sheets of damaged wood on the shed. Most of the work was completed in one day, with just a few hours to finish up the following afternoon. I am very pleased with the final result. Triad Roofing provided excellent service. I feel they did quality work, and I appreciated how professionally everything was handled. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I will definitely recommend them to others.

It went great. They not only fixed the issue, they gave me a couple of choices as to what I wanted done, and they found some other issues and let me know immediately and gave me the choice to leave things as they were or repair those too. They even gave me a deal on the extra repairs and checked the rest of my roof for free. I didn't meet any of them personally, but they were very nice and professional over the phone.

During the rains/storms in late September, evidence of a roofing leak appeared in the kitchen ceiling. I contacted Triad to arrange for inspection and repair, based on their Angie's list reputation. They were unable to send anyone for 3 days, during which time we mitigated the water intrusion by repeatedly replacing towels wrapped around the trusses, on which the water was running down. They did not arrive on time for the appointment, necessitating cancellation of an appointment. Communications were poor, and we had to track down the provider. He came another day. It was still raining and the company could not offer a tarping/temporary mitigation or get on the roof, "due to the steep pitch." The workman who arrived on October 1st was too large to get into the attic and inspect the area, "due to the space constraints around the trusses and roof lines." and did not walk the roof. Never the less, he assured us that the problem was the flashing and quoted $850 to refresh the entire chimney with 1/2 " OSB Decking. The work was performed a week or so later. On December 30, 2015 with the East Coast storms, water again began leaking through the same location in the kitchen ceiling, this time pooling substantially on the counters and floors. Also discovered damp drywall ceiling (with mold) in a linen closet of the adjoining room. It took 4 calls and 6 hours to get through to Triads phone numbers. They said they could not come out due to steep pitch and rain, but would come out on Jan 1st. They did not show up or call, or respond to calls. I am attempting to contact them now. I have numerous photos of the active leaking around the chimney and damage to trusses, OSB, drywall and mold. Very unhappy with the quality of the work and professionalism, and would like a call from the owner. I expect these repairs and the damages resulting from faulty workmanship to be repaired at no cost to me.

Initially, we called for an estimate on a Monday 10/19 and they were out by Wednesday 10/21 which was great. It went down hill from there. He said we would have the estimate in a day or two. Well, a week passed during which time I would call and get no reponse. Apparently something terrible happened with the guys family and he was out on leave....I completely understand that. The real problem comes when the Owner calls and tells me about the issue with his guy being out and assures us that we'll get an estimate real soon. Well it's 11/12 and I still don't have an estimate. My last call to the owner was 11/9 at 4p.m., where I explained that I was trying to be understanding and patient but we wanted our roof painted and gutters.... if he didn't want the job that was fine, but please let me know something. I have yet to hear from him. It's sad and disappointing because I read such good reviews which is why I called them.....too bad I didn't have such a good experience as others.

Leaks were noticed in the house after a recent rainstorm and they were able to send someone out almost an hour after calling them on a busy morning. The guys were very professional when they came out. They were also very thorough in their evaluation and took pictures to show us each step of the way, showing exactly what needed to be done. This was very helpful, and to me, also was a hat tip to their credibility, because I knew the what and why or what needed to be done. They checked in often when something new was found, and also did an evaluation on our roof to give us a general life left on our roof. It rained the whole time they were working, and after they completed the work, Derek went over the work and pointed out everything they did and made sure to go over why they charged what they did, and where my money was going. Overall, we were very happy with their service, and they were very a stand up and honest service.

Travis is professional and arrived on time. He first climbed on to the roof and checked out the roof, flashings, skylights, etc. Then he shared information with me about shingles and we discussed the low slope. He later provided a detailed estimate, including warranty information. It took a day or two to get the quote on the skylights. His quote was the lowest of the four roofers who provided me with an estimate. He was thoughtful about the low slope and I think would have done a good job. His workmanship warranty is shorter than others and I felt perhaps he did not do a lot of skylights. I decided I would rather have a skylight professional, since they can be a weak point in terms of leakage. I chose a roofer that works with the skylight installer I chose. I'll review them after the work is completed.

Travis and the entire company is a pleasure to do business with. The entire crew was professional. They did a great job installing the underlayment, shingles, refastening the gutters, gutter guard and chimney cap. If I ever have a need for any of the services offered by Triad Roofing Services I will be calling them first. They are in the competitive range with cost and was the only one that actually went on top of the house and inspected the roof before providing an estimate. They have pride in their work and live by their motto, ?Because your home wears our reputation?.

Very pleased with workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism. Came at appointed hour, worked efficiently and completed work when promised. Owner came by several times as did estimator. Foreman designed, fabricated and installed metal strip on gutters where water coming off valley was more than gutters could accommodate by themselves and realigned gutter along flat roof to prevent water from getting between gutter and roof line. Replaced and painted soffit in several areas where it had deteriorated. Left site completely clean upon leaving, including using large magnet to pick up all nails.

Had to work around weather for scheduling but got the job done in a timely manner. Clean up and attention to detail were good. They actually asked for access inside the home when a skylight allowed debris to fall through. They cleaned it all up and left the house as they found it. All in all excellent, service. They also offered financing which was a definite plus as I need to stretch dollars.

When I talked to them about scheduling an appointment, they didn’t realize it was about 2 hours from their shop - it would be at my vacation home in Sugar Mountain. This won't work, then, but I would consider them for more convenient jobs.

The communication was really good both in person and by email. The work itself is very good but they left behind a lot of debris. I got a dozen nails within the first half hour after they've left. I had to scour my driveway before I would pull my car back in the driveway.

The salesman Bill Frey is the reason I chose them. He was very punctual ,knowledgeable, and helpful. The actual workers came 2 or 3 hours late when I was told they were on the way 2 hours earlier . I had an appointment that day that's why I had scheduled the repair for the morning and was told it would only take an hour. They showed up as I was getting ready to leave and I couldn't understand the gentleman. He called the office. The appointment had to be rescheduled. The shingles the used were the wrong color and the quality of the shingles was poor. No I would not recommend them nor would I use them again. I had to call them again to replace some more shingles. I have now had my roof replaced by another company.

Project went very well. They spent time to discuss the existing conditions, options, work being done, additional work, etc. The work site was well kept. The crew was courteous and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

It took six days, two weekends to do a 1 1/2 day job.

On 9/25, I spoke with Travis about someone to come out and inspect and give me an estimate for installing chimney crickets on my metal roof and/or any other means to divert water to stop leaks around my chimneys. He was very professional, seemed eager to help me, told me I called the right place and explained the water tests they would do. He told me he'd have Bill call me to arrange a day and time. I called back 9/26 and told Travis that Bill didn't call. He said he'd get in touch with Bill again and have him call me. Nothing. A week later, I called another company.

They had to match two colors, one for the edge and the other for the trim. They also put a small extension on a downspout on my garage and rerouted it for me. I love working with Triad Roofing. The owner Travis comes out, evaluates everything and walks the roof to see if there is additional work needed that we cannot see from the ground. He sent out a crew of two men who fixed everything, color matched perfectly and had the work done in an hour which was fabulous. The work was done perfectly. They are neat, clean, polite and have reasonable pricing.

Had and appointment between 1-2. Took off work. Waited. Tried calling at 2:15. No answer. Left to go back to work and repeatedly kept calling. They began to ignore my phone calls as soon as it would start to ring. A courtesy call telling me they couldn't make it would have been fine, but this treatment is ridiculous. Take your business somewhere else is my opinion.

They were awesome! Prompt, courteous and very professional. They solved a seven year problem that the builder had repaired four times! I would highly recommend this company. We will definitely use them for all our roofing needs.

They showed up on time and did a professional job. They cleaned up before they left. They even came on Saturday because rain was predicted for the following week. I would definitely use them again.

Their estimator was supposed to arrive between 10:00 and 11:00 am and call ahead. He arrived after 12:30 and never called. He seemed rushed, asking if I knew the square footage of my roof (I did not so he reluctantly measured it). After he gave me a quote to replace the roof, I asked several questions about the roof installation. He guessed at some but admitted that he didn't know the answers to others., He said that he was very busy but that he would send me the answers by the end of the day. He did not. There was another fellow with him with whom he seemed not get along. It was quite awkward, actually. Two days later, a lady called to follow up. I told her that I would no be using them. She asked if it was strictly a price issue. I told her that their price was high (about 15%) but that I also didn't have a good experience with their estimators. I told her that I would be happy to discuss my issues with the owner if he wanted. A full week later, the owner called me (customer communications may not be a priority with him). He was more interested in explaining, excusing, defending and arguing than listening. Keep in mind, I didn't call anyone to complain. They called me asking for feedback. I'd already written them off as a vendor. I wasn't the least bit interested in explanations or excuses. In truth, the part of this episode that aggravated me the most was the call from the owner. If you are truly interested in customer feedback, shut up and listen.

Well, I wish I had hired them...

I had an very good experience working with Triad Roofing Services (TRS). I requested an estimate through their web page (http://www.triadroofingservices.com) and within an hour Brandi (Office Manager) responded and we set up a day and time for their Estimator, Bill Frey, to come out. When that day came, Bill arrived on time and explained what services they provided. I had a lot of questions about the materials and process and Bill answered them all. I also asked if they could roof my shed to match the house and he said it would be no problem. After we finished talking he quickly did all of his measurements and gave a written estimate. Bill was very professional and easy to work with. After I received several other estimates I decided to give the job to TRS, their price was competitive and their team was the most responsive and enjoyable to work with. I called to let them know, they said they would be out the following week. The next week Travis (Owner) called and said they would be out on Friday - which they were. The crew that showed up was fantastic. Jose explained what they were going to do and kept me up to date throughout the job. They worked Friday and Saturday morning, finished both roofs, cleaned up, and left me with a clean yard and beautiful roof. I highly recommend TRS.

Here's the process. The house is a three dormer cape cod. The separate garage/carport is big, big. As an example, it could easily house 6 -7 cars. The work took two days with an extra visit to mount the skylights due to a brief delay in shipping. Work for Triad Roofing begins soon after dawn. So at 7:10 the first day the crew of 8 or was it 9, arrived. It may have been 8, but the bustle made it seem more. We are retired so we got to see the whole process First, tarps went down, heavy tarps everywhere. Along the back of the house runs a deck just installed this summer. I had needless concerns that falling debris might damage the surfaces. To my surprise the crew heaved the heavy old shingles off to the side on to the tarp covered lawn. Only the light weight tar paper actually landed on any of the deck. By noon both the tired, worn roofs had been removed. All afternoon and into the deepening twilight the crew worked smoothly, hand nailing on the new roof. The roofs were essentially completed by quitting time, almost 7 PM. Did I mention that throughout the day there was an ongoing, almost obsessive, effort at constant cleanup? Let me say that the work ethic of the crew was amazing. They labored with a smooth rhythm that made a demanding task look easy. There's nothing like seeing the whole of a Timberline HD roof. Our samples didn't do it justice. We had been primarily concerned to obrtain a color that would compliment the tone of our house. Until we saw shingles on the roof, we didn't appreciate the unique, extra feature of the product. It does give a "wood-shake" shingle effect. There's a texture, a depth that our flat roof didn't transmit. It just looks more substantial, and for very little more cost, really.. At the project's close we participated with Triad in an overall inspection If there had been any concerns or problems, we feel certain they would have been willing and able to correct them.

I was impressed with Triad Roofing Services from the very first phone call. They were professional, prompt and delivered my estimate quickly. I'm a home owner who has moved and renovated quite a bit but had never replaced a roof. So although I had 3 other similar priced estimates from reputable companies I had a good feeling about Triad Roofing Services. I've learned to trust that feeling over the years and it proved to be correct. When you hire the best people and let them do their job you can't go wrong. My roof is completed and I couldn't be happier. Despite having a double layer of shingles ripped off a roof (with a hard to access disposal location) there is not a single scrap of trash in my yard or driveway. Every nail was picked up by a magnet. The dormers of the house were a challenge but the professional crew worked hard to make sure they were not only functional but aesthetically pleasing. Travis was always available to answer any questions and educate me about what was going on. I highly recommend this company. Their prices are fair, and their employees are professional and hard working. And I love the difference a new, well installed roof makes on our house.
