Description of Work: We had leaks in our porch roof that were difficult to pinpoint a source. They came up with a solution that worked and did not require removing all or part of the roof. What I appreciated most was the honesty of the company. From the very beginning, I was told that there was a chance that this option may not be successful but that it was a lower cost way to approach it. Many companies would have just started with ripping off the roof. Very professional and friendly workers. Work was done quickly. I'd definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: The work was fine and the price was comparable to other conpanies. I found scheduling to be a little lackadaisical and the samples that were to be dropped off "the next day" didn't show up for several days with no explanation. Then I wasn't able to schedule work until I faxed back a signed acceptance of my choice, which was fine, except then the office manager called and questioned if that was really what I wanted..

+ -1 moreWork completed in just 2 days. Manpower largely hispanic, some communication problems with contractor, but quickly corrected. Screws on rubber roof underlay were too long., but does not seem to be a major issue at this time. Did ask contractor to look at situation, and didn't hear back. However, since job seemed secure I had no intention of asking for a re do on roof. Would just have liked to hear back.. Overall a good companyy to work with. Would use it again

+ -1 moreTwo months ago, part of the roof developed a leak. After weeks of run-around and unreturned calls to the first company, a friend suggested that we use Angie's List. I called Triad Roofing and heard back within an hour to make an appointment for an estimate. Very friendly and professional. They were quite backed up, and it was a bit of a hassle to find a time when they could actually do the work. (And there was some ongoing drama with the first company.) But once they did, they swarmed the roof and were finished within a few hours. So far (barely a week later), so good.
Description of Work: Remove old, improperly installed roof tiles, and completely re-do that part of the roof.
