Rich the original owner who I've worked with on 2 previous roofs looks to be out of the business. I would keep an eye on the new guys. Called for roofing repair, and the guy, Paul, qoted me $200 over the phone without even looking at the issue. Then an affiliate shows up at the end of the day, (probably with the leftover caulk in the day's caulking guns) to bubble gum in loose shingle and stick out his hand for a quick 200. Not sure if your problem is solved are not, but I'm sure many are enchanted by the proposal up front that a mere 200 dollars will fix all your woes. I didn't buy it, I think the new guys are running a fast scam. I miss Rich.

The deck was not built to the plan as contracted in picture and graph and writing. When we met with the owner and then with his workman, they both said they build the deck according to the plan. So we signed the contract. But then the workman showed up with the lumber already purchased, they did not have a copy of the plan. They built a deck that did not match the plan. We paid them in full. We met with the supervisor and he agreed that it was not according to plan. We told them to just remove the deck and we would get someone else to do it. They would not even do that. Our remedy is to go to court.

In 2016 Triad Installations did an excellent job of re-roofing my 1925 stucco house in Winston-Salem. The work consisted of a main roof (with a fireplace in the main body of the roof), a porch roof, roofs over two dormers and a stub roof in the back over the back eave. Mr. Barlow called me to recommend a new way of sealing the roof against the stucco. After three years I'm happy to report that the roof is still as good as new and that the ceilings are all dry. Of course the job looked great immediately after the installation. I wanted to have the objectivity of time so waited until now to write a review. I highly recommend Rich Barlow if you're looking for a new roof.

Went great. Quick and professional installation.

I accepted that it was a small job and would be done as a fill in which was fine as it wasn't urgent. After a couple of months, and bad weather, the job was completed in 3 working days. Good workmanship and care in cleaning up.

ordered 13 new windows. The price was reasonable. They were delivered and installed when promised. Took one and a half days to install. Cleaned up when done.

Smooth as silk. Very professional. They were extremely careful not to damage woodwork that would be a pain to replace. Amazing how good these people are. We could not be happier with the windows they recommended and the installation they provided. We strongly recommend getting the installer first and then deciding on the windows. If you don't have a good installer, it doesn't matter how good (or expensive) the windows are. Do the job in the winter. No bugs. They take out one window at a time and replace it before moving on the the next one. This job took 2 days - with the owner and his long-term employee working hard. Two other companies said they could do it in 1 day. Either they were intentionally misinforming us - or - they were going to do a slap-dab job using several insufficiently trained laborers. They even noticed a loose flashing at the peak and repaired it without additional cost. These men are very, very good!

I waiting to write this till after a good rain event for review. My experience went great. They were done in 2 days as promised with stripping roof down to the bare boards, removing debris and reinstalling new roof system. Gutter guards were put on about 2 weeks later. Glad to have a detailed estimate in writing on work to be done. Just inspected attic today after 12 hours of wind and rain from the remains of Hurricane Irma. Nice and dry throughout including around the troublesome chimney and vent pipe areas. Very pleased.

Replaced roof with CertainTeed Landmark shingles on two very windy days. The crew was excellent and somehow managed to keep control of a lot of debris which was blowing around. Rich Barlow was very professional and respectfully answered all my questions on site and again when I wanted even more detail he patiently and quickly responded through email. The roof looks great and the workmanship was extremely high quality. I highly recommend this company at least in regards to roofing.

It was good. They did a great job. One of the windows broke after they put it in, and they came out to put a new one in. No problem, as it was under warranty. No issues.

He is patient to explain the window technology, and gave me contact info for a recent customer, who I visited to see the type of work done. AND I WAS SOLD! Just one look at a their excellent product and their excellent work, is a deal maker. And he charges a FAIR PRICE! A HUGE PLUS. These new window have changed my living environment by drastically reducing the heat gain from the sun. This was noticeable immediately. Both interior and exterior finish work are excellent. Rich under-promises, and over-delivers.

The estimate, ordering and replacement process went exceptionally well. Rich is knowledgable about the products he uses and is not pushy about sales. Rich's two man window team were fast, friendly and professional. The estimate matched the final price. There were no hidden fees. The windows I purchased were made locally. I got the exact windows I wanted at a lower price than I expected. These windows also have a limited lifetime warranty and are practically maintenance free. This job also included wrapping the wood trim around the window with aluminum. The team did a great job on cleanup too. I will hire Triad Installations again. I highly recommend that you quote with Triad Installations before you sign a contract with one of the TV advertising replacement window, doors & siding companies.

Great very polite, great value for the job done

I was extremely happy with everything! I was given an estimate within hours of my initial call. I was not available for them to get measurements that day but even that appointment was prompt. The installation was today and WOW what a difference! They look great, work great and I am looking forward to the noise and heating cost reduction. Other then my new pretty windows I can'tl even tell they were here. It is obvious that they strive for happy customers....and now they have another. Also, I received 3 estimates and they were the best.

Called and was told someone would get back to me the next day. A week later I finally got a call back and made arrangements to have someone come out and look at the job. I was told I would get a quote in the next few days by email. Still waiting for a response after two weeks.

Rich was very professional, responsive and provided the detail quote I was looking for. His workers were prompt, performed excellent work, courteous and did a nice job cleaning the yard upon completion of their work. I would recommend contacting Rich if you need new roof shingles for your home.

The work was completed in 2 days. The workmanship was excellent both inside and outside The windows make the house look much better. They also reduce outside noise and are saving on the cooling of the house.

I highly recommend Triad Installations to anyone that needs to hire a company for replacing a roof. They just replaced our old roof yesterday and did an excellent job and were very professional and polite. I will definitely be contacting them again when I need more home repairs because of the quality of their work and the integrity of their company. Rich is a man of his word and there were no surprise costs when the job was done. We are very pleased customers!

We had several companies give us quotes after a recent hail storm. Rich, the owner of the company, came to give the estimate one day after I contacted the company. Out of all the companies that came to look at the damage, he was the only one who was honest and said replacing the roof is unnecessary. His exact words were "I want your business, but not this way." He saved our family a lot of money. He still took the time to explain the difference between the product he uses (CertainTeed) and GAF, and how he manages his company. After our conversation, it is clear why he has been in business for this long. Will definitely call him in the future.

They re-attached the gutters with new hangers and were there for quite a while, and they did it all for absolutely NO CHARGE.. They were very satisfied with the work. The man who was at the rest home recently died, but his wife is still there and she will not have to worry about leaking gutters any more. Says a lot about a company who would do this for no money at all. I highly recommend Triad Installations.
