The deck was not built to the plan as contracted in picture and graph and writing. When we met with the owner and then with his workman, they both said they build the deck according to the plan. So we signed the contract. But then the workman showed up with the lumber already purchased, they did not have a copy of the plan. They built a deck that did not match the plan. We paid them in full. We met with the supervisor and he agreed that it was not according to plan. We told them to just remove the deck and we would get someone else to do it. They would not even do that. Our remedy is to go to court.

Further more when we came back out and talked with your husband a lawyer, he said the same thing that we didn't built]d it the way you wanted it after you approved it so we offered to come back and make the changes to the deck . your husband then got rude and told us that he was going to get someone else to change it! he did ask us to come back and remove the deck boards and we said yes at the time . after I thought about I decided not to come back and open up the deck and create a safety issue so I sent him a check for $500 to hire someone else and pay him to remove the boards and haul them off when they were there to replace the deck boards the way you wanted them He sent the check back to us and said he doesn't want he money. Now 3 months later you go on Angie's List and write this bad review about us! and then say take us to court? If that's the way you do business with people then take us to court ? I look forward to seeing you both in court especially since your husband is a lawyer and we are not! Take care and see you soon in court? In 2016 Triad Installations did an excellent job of re-roofing my 1925 stucco house in Winston-Salem. The work consisted of a main roof (with a fireplace in the main body of the roof), a porch roof, roofs over two dormers and a stub roof in the back over the back eave. Mr. Barlow called me to recommend a new way of sealing the roof against the stucco. After three years I'm happy to report that the roof is still as good as new and that the ceilings are all dry. Of course the job looked great immediately after the installation. I wanted to have the objectivity of time so waited until now to write a review. I highly recommend Rich Barlow if you're looking for a new roof.

I accepted that it was a small job and would be done as a fill in which was fine as it wasn't urgent. After a couple of months, and bad weather, the job was completed in 3 working days. Good workmanship and care in cleaning up.

Smooth as silk. Very professional. They were extremely careful not to damage woodwork that would be a pain to replace. Amazing how good these people are. We could not be happier with the windows they recommended and the installation they provided. We strongly recommend getting the installer first and then deciding on the windows. If you don't have a good installer, it doesn't matter how good (or expensive) the windows are. Do the job in the winter. No bugs. They take out one window at a time and replace it before moving on the the next one. This job took 2 days - with the owner and his long-term employee working hard. Two other companies said they could do it in 1 day. Either they were intentionally misinforming us - or - they were going to do a slap-dab job using several insufficiently trained laborers. They even noticed a loose flashing at the peak and repaired it without additional cost. These men are very, very good!

I waiting to write this till after a good rain event for review. My experience went great. They were done in 2 days as promised with stripping roof down to the bare boards, removing debris and reinstalling new roof system. Gutter guards were put on about 2 weeks later. Glad to have a detailed estimate in writing on work to be done. Just inspected attic today after 12 hours of wind and rain from the remains of Hurricane Irma. Nice and dry throughout including around the troublesome chimney and vent pipe areas. Very pleased.

Replaced roof with CertainTeed Landmark shingles on two very windy days. The crew was excellent and somehow managed to keep control of a lot of debris which was blowing around. Rich Barlow was very professional and respectfully answered all my questions on site and again when I wanted even more detail he patiently and quickly responded through email. The roof looks great and the workmanship was extremely high quality. I highly recommend this company at least in regards to roofing.

FAIR PRICE - EXCELLENT SERVICE - EXCELLENT PRODUCT You couldn't ask for a nicer guy, than the owner, Rich. He is patient to explain the window technology, and gave me contact info for a recent customer, who I visited to see the type of work done. AND I WAS SOLD! Just one look at a their excellent product and their excellent work, is a deal maker. And he charges a FAIR PRICE! A HUGE PLUS. These new window have changed my living environment by drastically reducing the heat gain from the sun. This was noticeable immediately. Both interior and exterior finish work are excellent. Rich under-promises, and over-delivers.

The estimate, ordering and replacement process went exceptionally well. Rich is knowledgable about the products he uses and is not pushy about sales. Rich's two man window team were fast, friendly and professional. The estimate matched the final price. There were no hidden fees. The windows I purchased were made locally. I got the exact windows I wanted at a lower price than I expected. These windows also have a limited lifetime warranty and are practically maintenance free. This job also included wrapping the wood trim around the window with aluminum. The team did a great job on cleanup too. I will hire Triad Installations again. I highly recommend that you quote with Triad Installations before you sign a contract with one of the TV advertising replacement window, doors & siding companies.

I was extremely happy with everything! I was given an estimate within hours of my initial call. I was not available for them to get measurements that day but even that appointment was prompt. The installation was today and WOW what a difference! They look great, work great and I am looking forward to the noise and heating cost reduction. Other then my new pretty windows I can'tl even tell they were here. It is obvious that they strive for happy customers....and now they have another. Also, I received 3 estimates and they were the best.

The work was completed in 2 days. The workmanship was excellent both inside and outside The windows make the house look much better. They also reduce outside noise and are saving on the cooling of the house.
