Bill, the service man, was professional and courteous. The only negative I can say is that I was not given an estimate of repairs.

The same day I inquired Bill called me, literally within minutes. He was able to come out the same day and completely fixed my problem and was very courteous and professional. I only wish I had found him earlier!

Bo was a very professional technician who didn't try to up sell me on anything and did a very thorough walk through on a system I knew nothing about.

The installer was very professional and courtious. So far, I absolutely love my vacuum system. I highly recommend one !

Bill Wilson responded quickly when we called for service and got back to us when he said he would.

My central vac quite working. The guy from Vacuum Center came out and determined that the problem was internal to the vac. He removed the unit and took it into the shop. In a day or two he called with the diagnosis and cost. The cost seemed reasonable since it was a circuit board that had malfunctioned. Took about a week to get the part and return the unit. I would use The Vacuum Center again.
