great job great experience would use again

T.J. did an excellent job replacing the grout in our master BR shower. We had done it ourselves several times using a silicon product that did not last long and mold always grew back. HE explained all the mistakes we had been making -- including using gallons of bleach to clean the tiles -- and how to care for the tiles and grout from now on. HE was punctual, reliable, and cleaned up very well after the work was completed. We would definitely call him again!

We have decided to disagree. T.J. thinks he did the best job possible in a bathroom that has seen years and years of neglect and seemed somewhat shocked that I thought otherwise. Shocked to the point that arrogance raised its ugly head. I think he should have lived up to his written estimate that stated "clean and buff tiles to restore their luster and shine". The key word being "restore". Sadly there is no luster and shine.

In September, Mr. Young came at the time and date he was supposed to come and did the work. The mold returned gradually and by January, only 4 months after doing the work, it looked like it did before he did the work. I called him and he told me there was NO guarantee and he said he told me that when he looked at doing the job. But, he would come back. When he came back he said, just this one time, he would come and fix the grout. But it would have to be on his terms. The terms were he would come when he was in our neighborhood and had finished a job early. So there would be no advance notice. He did call in February and we were not home at the time. When he had not called again by the middle of March, I called him. In talking to him, about not calling for another month, he said it might be up to six months before he came and at that time I interrupted him to say that was not acceptable. He said if I would not interrupt him and I hung up the phone. I have not heard from him since then and I really do not want to. The work was poor and he is not a very likable person. Very arrogant!

TJ did a fantastic job. Our 15 year old tiled shower stall was in a bad condition. Now, shower and jacuzzi enclosure have been reconditioned to look like new. Far exceeded our hopes and expectations. Was on time, finished on time, very professional, incredible, lasting results.

Work was completed as requested. Kitchen looks brand new!!

It went great. The tile around the tub looks brand new. It was well worth the money. He was here for abut 5 hours. He was very professional, came in dd what he said he was going to do & dd it well.

Improved and looked like new

Everything went smoothly, from the time T.J. arrived (on time). The job was done more quickly than I had feared -- mainly due to TJ's steady work (no breaks until the job was done. I had expected the task to take a full day, but it was completed in about 5 hours.

Today , 4/16/13, T.J. was here on time, finished the re-grouting of the second bathroom and re-sealed the kitchen sink. Last month, he re-grouted the shower in the master bath. It was looking dirty, old and worn and the grout was starting to fall out. He made my bathrooms look new again and I am a very happy customer. I recommend T.J. without reservation!

CJ worked so hard and without stopping that I brought him some food and a drink. He was very polite and trustworthy. Overal it went perfectly.

It was a very good experience. Everything went the way he said it would and there were no surprises.

I called TJ and explained our issue. We set up a time to meet so he could come give us an estimate. TJ arrived when he said he would and gave us a very fair estimate for the work involved. We agreed to the work on the spot, and TJ said he would arrive the following Monday to get started. TJ showed up Monday morning right on schedule. He completed the work in just under 3 hours and it looks great. You would never know that the holes were patched up almost 2 years after the initial installation of the backsplash. TJ is a really nice guy, very personable and professional. We are extremely happy with the work he did for us. We would gladly work with him again and recommend him to our friends

The work was professionally completed in a timely manner as promised.

Very professional and honest in his comments and estimates. Due to the way the original tile was installed they were unable to offer suggestions that they felt we would be satisfied with in the long term. Appreciated their time in looking at existing and providing information regarding the existing tile work.

Gave an estimate on Tuesday and came back on Thursday to do the job. Arrived at 8am and finished around noon.

The work was great and we were very happy with the work. They were excellent in every way. They were wonderful to work with and very responsive. I have nothing negative to say about them.

The work turned out okay; it was pretty expensive. He did a pretty good job. He didn’t do the tub though, which I would have expected for that price.

I would recommend him. He did a good job. The only disappointment with him was he sold us some additional protection for the grout to protect from mold that didn’t hold up very well. But he was on time, he showed up, and he was intelligent. I would highly recommend him.

The work was everything we had hoped it to be. We let the grout sent for 48 hours and he came back and followed up to make sure everything was in order and correct.
