 + -1 moreDave is always extremely responsive and punctual. His knowledge of computers outside of Apple products (his company's specialty) is wide and deep, and he has never disappointed me. He always comes when I need him, and he gets the work done in minimal time. At $85/hr, his services are more expensive than I what paid for a previous technician's work, but he is many times more reliable so I consider the money very well spent. I recommend Softwired Systems (and onsite technician David Iuliano) to anyone who needs computer service.
Description of Work: David Iuliano is the Softwired Systems technician I call when I need any computer services. I rely on him for onsite service to my Dell laptop, Acer notebook, and HP printer, and he has never let me down. He always gives me prompt service on my computers and printers and also excellent advice on products for purchase. Dave has set up a new notebook and a new printer for me, he has repaired my old laptop, and he has helped me order parts and then installed them.

 + -1 moreTHEY DO ALL MY COMPUTER WORK. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED BECAUSE I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO BUY A NEW COMPUTER. I WAS ALSO HAPPY BECAUSE WHEN IT DIED IT WAS AN EMERGENCY TO GET IT FIXED AND THEY CAME THE SAME DAY.
Description of Work: I THOUGHT MY COMPUTER HAD COMPLETELY DIED BUT THEY CAME OUT AND GOT IT RUNNING AGAIN.
