There was a scheduling mistake, but Shamrock gave me a discount as it was their error. I was very pleased w/their service and professionalism.

They are the best. The new HVAC had some issues and they were here everyday until the kinks were worked out. The problems were not their fault, but what happens with new equipment. I would recommend this company to everyone looking for a company that stands behind their work.

Fast friendly and excellent work.

They installed a whole new system for me and they were incredible. They were fast and friendly. I can't say enough about the work they did. It was excellent.

The techs are are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I had questions during install and they answered them while continuing their work. Very thorough. I only wished they wore shoe covers while working upstairs, which is carpeted.

Quick response. Fixed the problem at a good value. Would not call again due to an attitude by the gentleman who did the work. He had to go in the attic to get to the unit where he removed an old filter but did not replace it. When asked why he did'nt replace the filter, he said if they came back next year it would be done at a cost of $240.00. Now every register rattles when the air comes on.

excellent servioce

Replaced a "power module" otherwise known as a capacitor. $60 standard diagnostic fee, $247 for capacitor cost and installation. Rated Value for money as 3 stars because I don't know how this price compares to another company or wholesale cost of capacitor, but on my budget it's pricey for ten minutes of work. Technician friendly, professional, and skilled.

Outstanding service!

They came out in a timely manner gave me an estimate the same day and I hired them on a Thursday and they installed the following Monday. Theirs was the lowest price by nearly half and very quick service. So far very satisfied.
