My husband was very pleased with the service they provided today. He stated they got right to work and figured out the problem in no time. They didn't try to add on items that were not needed and was even more pleased with how fast they were able to assist. We made the appointment Saturday evening and they were at our rental property first thing Monday morning and had it fixed shortly after that.

totally bad diagnostic fanmotor only needed oiling not replacing I saved $565 by having my guy looking at and fixing instead of their incompetant repairman I would avoid this company

Responded very quickly even though they're in Greensboro. Very nice people to work with. Took a while to get the parts but, once done, no problems and it's working perfectly. Thank you!

Within six months of the work that Shamrock did, our entire system failed. We had a different firm come and check the work and were informed of the following: 1. The work done by Shamrock was jerry-rigged. 2. There was a good amount of harmful white mold in the unit. 3. None of the work done on the unit was to code. 4. We had been charged well over what we should have been for the job. I am disgusted that a firm could engage in practices like these and still be successful. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.

They were prompt and arrived when they promised. When there was a loose wire after the coil replacement, they came back as soon as they learned of the problem and corrected it. William and Bobby did my work and were nice to work with.

The guys were very helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and showed up exactly when they said they would to do the repair.

Brought in 2 people to make work faster. Called in advance of arrival so I didn't have to miss much work. Nice guys. Got the problem taken care of
