They responded to my request, immediately, and told me they could be there within an hour and a half...they called in an hour to say they were on their way....they were helpful and efficient and I will use them from now on. They acted like they needed my business unlike the company I had been using who always seemed to be too busy and too expensive.

excellent customer service. i called them at 12pm and they was out the next day at 9 am doing the repair and did not charge an arm and a leg for the weekend repair like most other companies do. the tech was very friendly and explained in simple terms what the problem was and what the cost would be to fix. i will use them again and have already recommenned them to others where i live.

Shamrock Heating & Air is absolutley wonderful! I live in Columbus, OH and I made a call to them for them to go out and inspect my mothers Condo, Will is the one who inspected her system. The original installation contractor which I will not name, said the coil system had a hole in it, and had been out on 2 other occasions and claimed to have refilled the system. Will was there less than 2 hours and said the system its-self was fine. The only problem was the duct work, not allowing the proper amount of air flow as it should.I was able to pay for thier service over the phone, and they have set a repair date to be this Friday. Need more space!

The serviceman gave me some good tips about my unit. The experience was better and less costly than I was anticipating.

Shamrock came to our rescue. We had been working with another company and thier communication was horrible. Shamrock was out to my house within an hour to inspect, recharge the ac and give me a quote. The quote was for less! I was able to do a payment plan and now they are completing the project.

The only reason I rated them lower on customer service was because our appointment was changed 2 different times. I understand that it was summer when originally requesting the appointment, however they gave me the wrong date the first time, the second time they called to cancel due to an emergency accident and then they wanted to reschedule for another 2-3 weeks out because THEY missed that appointment. We then got another appointment within a few days after they one they missed. Otherwise they were polite, on-time and provided excellent service to our old a/c unit.

They were very courteous and gave me some helpful hints to use in the future.

They gave me a phone estimate, then they came out and gave me a real estimate, it was very close to the phone estimate. They were easy to talk to, answered all my questions, told me a few things about how to keep operating costs down, did a professional job. I'm happy.

Prompt AC service. ID'd the problem right away and implemented fix. Also provided valuable information regarding use of AC when not home and attic venting.

They were the only pros to contact us and they did it within 5 minutes of the request, on a Sunday no less. Very helpful throughout and they provided additional services as well. A++++++++++++

I was told that my outside unit and unit under the house needed replacing which was not true. Shamrock Heating and Air were pretty honest to me and they got the part that I needed for my unit and fix it at a fair price than anyone else.
